Hoteles en Calcuta con Traslado aeropuerto

I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members manning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like ****** with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

El restaurante del hotel es excelente (como se muestra en el cuadro), el desayuno es muy rico y el buffet chino (casi 200 yuan). El servicio es muy agradable. La noche anterior a la salida, la recepción llamó a la habitación para conocer la información del vuelo. Cuando se sabe que el vuelo es a las cinco de la tarde, inmediatamente se dice que puede prolongar el tiempo de salida hasta las dos y media. Cada vez que sale, todos los funcionarios del departamento de la corte llaman al auto con Uber y no se aburren. La habitación es también muy limpia. La próxima vez, usted decidirá vivir. El desventaja es que el mercado de ambos lados de la puerta es demasiado estrecho. No puede salir por la noche, pero el hotel está bien aislado y entrar en la puerta de hierro es otro mundo tranquilo. Además, el agua de la caballa es muy fuerte. Además, es perfecto.

Receiption staffs are not well mannered and no helping hand comes out of the hotel to help in luggage car ring moreover they did not allow me in checkin time to enter the room, even i requested to provide me the room if it baa n cleaned as i was in early checkin because my flight was very early in the morning.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

Reservamos una noche aquí en el Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. He permanecido también en Holiday Inn chennai. Sin embargo, las normas de limpieza y de acondicionamiento y la habitación, los equipos de baño y el piso eran bajos y algunas áreas se sentían también sin saneamiento. El piso de la habitación también carecía de limpieza. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Las paredes no tenían lustre. Y pagamos aproximadamente 62 euros. Quizás tengan que comprobar las normas de otros Holiday Inns como en Chennai. La comida que ordenamos fue buena. 10/10 en eso. Pero en cierto modo la marca que Holiday Inn es y que hemos experimentado en Kolkata fue una enorme desacuerdo. Espero que se ocupen de todo esto.

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no estaba disponible cuando intentaba ordenar comidas a través de Internet.

El servicio generalmente responde a una velocidad relativamente lenta y requiere una aceleración constante. La tarjeta de puerta no puede abrirse durante medio día para ayudar a resolverla, aunque la actitud es buena, pero la eficiencia de trabajo no es alta. La claridad de las camas adicionales requiere una mejora.

En general, el hotel es antiguo y las instalaciones son más antiguas, pero la ubicación es mejor y está más cerca de donde voy. No fue mucho al principio, y los dos puntos principales no fueron muy satisfactorios: 1) Si se registró con algunas horas de anticipación, se le cobrará la mitad de la tarifa de la habitación por día y no podrá discutir el precio; 2) La salida tardía también se cobrará una tarifa de habitación de medio día. Los cargos son comprensibles y las instalaciones están desactualizadas, pero la actitud general no es muy satisfactoria. En el caso de elección, esta no será elegida. Pero de vez en cuando se queda, nada, la recomendación general es moderada.
