This place is nearby to mahalakshmi temple. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and enough for 4 people. They have 24 hours hot water available. Parking was available for cars. The only issue was there were a lot of mosquitoes. You need to carry your mosquito net for sure.

Location of hotel is very good, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel is under renovation, so many rooms are not functional. But the size of the rooms allotted to us was huge. Room has all basic facilities. The hotel can provide a kettle with morning tean coffee kit, as that was not provided. The buffet breakfast was ok-ish. The spread is limited. All in all, the stay was good with great value for money.

I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel 3 Leaves Kolhapur. You have an easy access to eateries, rickshaw stands, medical shops as it is located in one of the good neighbourhoods. Closer to the railway station as well. Our package included breakfast and dinner. They have a tasty spread in breakfast. Dinner dishes were good too. Rickshaws are easily available if you want to travel to the Mahalakshmi temple 60-70 Rs one way.

I had got the room on 1 st floor and the receptionist gave the keys and said us to go on first floor as soon as we reached first floor there were no light there and i was unable to find my room nos staff behave was good. Room floor where so sticky and rough not a good experience

I stayed here because i had last time also stated at the same property. Check in also took time as there was only 1 person and he was busy addressing other guests. This time room was ok, washroom was also ok and not that great with shower having water flow speed issue. Overall it was decent stay. Hotel need some improvement in above areas.

Room was good but lot of disturbances as on top floor there was restaurant which made lot of noise and we could not sleep in night inspite of complaint we dint get solution and also one draw back being main highway continuity’s vehicle noise hence we had bad sleep. Few guest check in at 4am and they all were making noise on floor when contacted reception they inform but it could have solved before as for almost 30min they were making noise. Else room was good but we were uncomfortable

Rooms were clean but because they had plenty of guests to cater too service was not up to the mark. The bathroom taps went dry when we checked in at 6.30 pm and even in the morning they were dry. Instead of being apologetic about the inconvenience they were trying to justify it. Room service from their restaurant was super slow. it took them close to an hr to send just few chapatis, dal fry and steam rice which was absolutely cold ( not even warm).
