«Felt like a place for the cool kids. No real atmosphere at the time i was staying there. I went to the other accom on the island (like plenty others) to chill and socialize there. Staff mixed up orders and other things at times, which you end up paying for.
Dorm and location were great! Staff was friendly and did their best.»

«Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).»

«這是我們第一次選擇“六善”，沒想到是在西哈努克，當時本想住在高龍島，但是我想住的酒店當時沒有房間。不知道怎麼就找到了“六善”，預算確實超出很多，但是在網上看了很多評價，真的是“心動”，事實證明“不虛此行”。
我認為一定級別的酒店，顧客更多的是為了地理位置和服務買單，而房間本身衹佔了很小的一部分。六善一酒店一座島吸引了我，從西哈努克機場無縫銜接的流程，酒店接機，坐船，酒店GEM迎接，介紹房間，添加微信交流都很順利，有什麼需求基本都可以得到滿足，而且秒回覆。接待我們的是美麗温柔的“蘭春”，耐心回答我的問題，並且每天晚上的晚餐都會提前幫我們預訂位置。
島上活動挺多的，水上活動包括浮潛，皮划艇都是免費的，包括使用設備都免費。除此之外，我們去出島go fishing，釣了十幾條魚，其中一條野生石斑，請餐廳廚師幫忙處理，肉質確實鮮嫩。
每天的晚餐種類不太相同，有的時候餐廳也不一樣。我個人比較喜歡tree restaurant. 第一天的食材和味道都很驚艷，我們四個人吃的很滿足。飯後每人還有甜點，又精美又好吃。早餐種類也很豐富，除了餐廳擺放的，還可以單點，我們每天都能吃到可口的粥，叉燒飯，米線，pancake,omolet等等，中西合璧，總之餐飲很豐富，味道在線。
酒店很原生態，而且環保。我們住了三天，沒有發現一件塑料製品。酒店的general manager入住的時候仔細幫我們介紹酒店情況，退房的時候還仔細聽取我們的反饋，感覺到很真誠。我在微信上溝通的“孟超”經理，也給我介紹了酒店的很多訊息，雖然沒能通過他預訂，但是我能最後選擇“六善”，跟他有很大的關係，在酒店能當面溝通，也很高興。
總之，krabey island 六善，是我們生命中難忘的一段經歷。感謝酒店所有人，希望有緣再見。中國人對西哈努克有些“固有”的印象，很大程度上成為入住的障礙，我想酒店如果能把這個障礙去除，會有更多的中國人選擇。另外，希望能增加更多會中文的GEM。餐飲選擇上越少越好，越直接越好。»

«Ctrip basura, el teléfono marcado directamente marcado no se puede conectar, y no indica la ubicación específica del embarcadero, el día no se puede contactar con el hotel en Westport, afectando mucho la experiencia. El hotel en sí es impecable, la experiencia en One Island One Hotel es excelente y el Western Restaurant Bread Basket es perfecto. El único problema es que incluso si se rocía el repelente de insectos, todavía habrá hormigas subiendo y bajando, y los postres que se dan se los comen las hormigas ...»

Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.»
