The sceptic tank on our bungalow was blocked the smell was vomit inducing. We had booked 4 nights and they offered us different rooms but only for one night at a time , so changing every day till we left .which was unacceptable to us. We checked out straight away and booked the Bandara resort just down the road. Avoid at all costs.

I will write a review in English and Russian. I do not recommend! An elderly couple of owners live on the territory, they pester the guests with uncomfortable questions. They cannot solve important issues concerning them, they do not see compromises. The condition of the housing is average, all the plumbing is out of order, there are large gaps in the sliding window frames, into which large insects and reptiles can easily climb. The pool is dirty, the cleaning does not work. When booking for a month, I recommend that you name the departure date of the next day from the actual one, since you will be asked to leave at 12 noon, even if you have not lived out the paid month. The territory is constantly swept, up to 3 times a day making an unpleasant noise of a broom. At night, street lighting of the territory is sometimes turned off, prepare a flashlight. The house has an unpleasant smell of old age and dampness. When checking out, you will be charged 500 baht for Wi-Fi and cleaning, which will be done after. They will charge the same for electricity, and at the adjusted rate, 10 baht per kilowatt instead of 8. Пожилая пара собственников проживает на территории, цепляется с неудобными вопросами к постояльцам. Важные вопросы касающиеся их решить не могут, компромиссов не видят. Состояние жилья среднее, сантехника вся не исправна, в оконных сдвижных рамах большие щели, в которые с легкость полезут большие насекомые и рептилии. Бассейн грязный, очистка не работает. Про бронировании на месяц рекомендую назвать дату выезда следующего дня от фактической, так как вас попросят выехать в 12 часов дня, даже если вы не дожили оплаченный месяц. Территорию постоянно подметают, до 3 раз в день издавая неприятный шум метлы. Ночью бывает выключают уличное освещение территории, приготовьте фонарь. В доме не приятный запах старости и сырости. При выселении с вас возьмут плату за вайфай 500 бат и уборку, которую произведут после. За электроэнергию возьмут так же, причем по правленому тарифу, по 10 бат за киловат, вместо 8. Ищите другое место для комфортного проживания, в Bhumlapa Garden Resort экономят на всем и пытаются вас обмануть
