Let me start by saying Absolute Sanctuary blew away my expectations. This is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend this establishment. Staff: wow!! This staff is amazing and you can tell work well as a team. I always felt I had the highest level of service no matter who I was interacting with. They went above and beyond to help me with any request I had and cared to the small details like turn down service, helping provide me aloe for a sunburn and even sending an Absolute Sanctuary post card to the US. Programs: This facility offers a wide range of programs including detox, weight loss, relaxing and the one I chose was the BeFit program. I would highly recommend it! Not only do you get personal training but you get access to all of their group classes, included massages and an amazing food and drink menu (note alcohol is not allowed or available onsite). Facilities: they have top notch yoga, Pilates, spa, and pool facilities. The personal training is exceptional and not only helped me achieve my goals but helped set me for success when I arrive home. Food and drink: where do I begin? Their chefs and menu were amazing. I had so many choices on the be fit program and constantly was trying new dishes and new juice combinations. My favorite secret to share with you…zucchini pancakes!! My only regret is not trying this item sooner in my stay. I will dreaming about these long after I return home. After just 6 nights here I am leaving Absolute Sanctuary with a slightly new outlook on life. With renewed energy and a found motivation I can tell this stay will fuel the next chapter in my life, a healthy one. My stay was fantastic; I attended a self-love retreat organized by Allen Lottman, which has workshops at Absolute Sanctuary. Our day started with Yoga taught by Es; we did self-work throughout the day in a small, intimate group. The retreat included Yoti and breathwork. The staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, I enjoyed a wonderful massage. My room was clean and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lush garden; it was so peaceful. I recommend staying and trying a workshop/retreat with Allen.

I was invited to join a colleague to Absolute Sanctuary. I was very excited to see the choice of wellness activities that are available. As an educator, mother, grandmother, etc., I have many responsibilities that caused me to worn down, exhausted, and literally in the "fight or flight" mode of survival. The 5 day De-stress wellness packet and experience is the best thing that I could have done for myself. If you truly love yourself, treat yourself by experiencing the ambience of peace.

I really enjoyed my trip at absolute sanctuary, the rooms are clean and the service is excellent. From the porter, front desk, spa and the love kitchen. I am always greeted with a smile. The place is quite and peaceful and the food was delicious and healthy.

This is a super little resort. It strikes just the right balance. It offers a tranquil setting, great yoga, nice accommodation, a wonderful spa and really nutritious healthy food. The staff are nothing short of fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Just a few little things could be improved upon - the rule that there must be a minimum of two people signed up in advance for extra curricula activities to take place is frustrating. Also the ceiling fan in the room is too fast and you cannot control the speed. This would be a nice alternative to the somewhat noisy air conditioning. But overall lovely retreat and I will be back.
