The resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel. The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com. Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice. Overall very nice experience.

Все было замечательно. Идея с санузлом под открытым небом- скорее интересно чем удобно. Что же касается самого места: все бы ок, но видимо тайцам норм то, что пляж- за счет которого собственно они и живут, закидан мусором, в воде у берега плавают пакеты и пробки. По итогу ( а мы были на нескольких ресортах на острове) появляется эко развлечение- отдыхающие сами чистят воду и пляж от мусора, складывают его в одном каком то месте, а персонал улыбаясь наблюдает за этим…… видимо это особенность местная.

Instalaciones: El mejor hotel que ha vivido en Tailandia y un fundador de seis bienes es por lo que es un buen estampo, pero el buen estado de las seis bienes de Besume es mejor. Puede que la ubicación geográfica y el transporte de aviones privados yanquis puedan mejorar la experiencia de un momento. El punto más brillante es el superb desayuno del hotel Medio ambiente: buen sentido de regreso a la naturaleza Higiene: ¡muy buena! Muy satisfecho el viaje de tres semanas a Tailandia Soneva es el mejor hotel de Tailandia que ha vivido desde el medio ambiente hasta el servicio al hotel adicional. Recomendamos que todos vayan a pescar peces submarinos y otros. Es también razonable el plan de ir a la otra vez al final del año.

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.
