good room. good help from reception for any queries. place is prime location to reach 7 road junction. lake is also near. only small disappointment is the biriyani taste in lunch is not having that authentic masala and its having less salt or something. Apart from that no issues for me.

Even after paying of 2. 8k per day, they are unable to provide the basic facilities like cleanly washed blankets, hand wash in washrooms and drinking water availability. They don't have any restaurant facilities and doesn't have proper connectivity to the city center/bus stand. (need to travel longer distance to reach center city from hotel) i feel the price for this stay is too much and need to be improve in facilities.
