We have stayed in this hotel for four nights. We had a pleasant time there. Front Office staff were always ready to help us. They were very kind and friendly. Housekeeping was good. Mr. Jeeva Mani treated us well with good respect and also explained about JC group hotels. This hotel is exactly opposite to Kodaikanal bus stand so, It is a perfect location. We are planning to visit JC grand again in our next family trip to Kodaikanal.

The location of the hotel was great surrounded by many options of food and great nearby visiting places. The room was also very grand. There was also availability of purified hot and normal water. The only disadvantage was the unavailability of a lift. However the hotel has supporting staffs to help you in carrying your luggage. Overall the experience in staying was fabulous.

Though we got a family room on 2nd floor, the room was xlnt, big, and clean. There were two beds, with capacity for 4 adults and one child. We were family of 3, so quite spacious for us. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise as it was very neat, moderately wide, xlnt fittings, 24/7 hot water. Also special mention for the curtains, tasteful decor, and view of the mist and mountains and busy bus depot same time. Location, value and comfort 5/5. Restaurants are just a hop away. Only exterior looks ordinary, but inside our stay was cosy!

The room was not so good because there was no cupboard and no lift in the hotel. The cushion in chairs were very dirty. We need to wait for an hour to get hot water after every person has taken bath.
