Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

這是個美麗，小眾，具葡萄牙風情的當地高端品牌酒店。雖然入住時酒店幾乎滿房，我所有大大小小的要求，（包括因為怕吵換了兩次房間）無一不被滿足。到達當晚在泳池旁邊用餐邊欣賞當地傳統舞蹈音樂，燭光裏別有一番滋味。所有的工作人員都很友善專業。在新上任不久的主廚無微不至的關懷裡，用了幾天美味的早餐。之後沒吃完的水果盤也免費幫着送到房間。圖三是有200年之久的猶太人的療愈泉眼，至今還有許多猶太人專門來浸泡。酒店在很方便的位置，出門就是各種購物和景點。步行到海邊也衹要幾分鐘。

Unfortunately there doors, blankets, ac are terrible but we are not happy with mm t because as per your reviews it is not available there even breakfast is not good so we are planning to not book in mm t if you are providing perfect information we can book but you are playing with customers first mm t should visit the location and then they should check whether customer is saying the truth or not what i can say is mm t is responsible for our experience.

Me quedé con mi esposa y mi hija, mi estancia fue perfecta en general, pero me gustaría destacar pocas cosas que pueden mejorarse. El restaurante es lento, las opciones de comida son excelentes, había más de muchas variedades en el Buffet que siempre tuvimos la opción de ordenar desde el menú Ala carte. Ella era maravillosa, tan pronto como entramos en el restaurante, nos acompañaba con un gran sonriso en la cara. Cleanliness- La habitación se limpia cada mañana cuando nos vamos para el desayuno. nuestro hombre de limpieza de la habitación Sr. Afazzudhin fue el destacado. Lo reservé para un amigo, el hotel tiene una hermosa vista y el personal también es muy bueno. La habitación está limpia y ordenada y es muy espaciosa. La vista desde la ventana también es asombrosa. Recomiendo quedarse.

I stayed with family at this hotel for 3 days it was very good experience, the hotel was clean and rooms big and services very good also have space for walk in hotel like park and many activities, like boating,🧘♀️, etc

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!
