The property is located in the heart of Fort Kochi and almost everything is accessible mostly on foot. However, the service is extremely disappointing. Even though they have a functional restaurant, it is hardly ever serviceable. One time they agreed to accept the food order, it was terrible in taste and took eternity to serve. The premier rooms are small at this price point with hardly any space to move. For basic comfort, Club should only be opted if available. Staff is courteous but not efficient atall.

no intercom in the room. In bathroom no point to hange towel and cloths. In the evening they brought meno to decide food and when I went for dinner I was told today kitchen is closed. After long fight shef made pulao and soup. TV in the room was on the side and not in front and it has Malayalam channels and second grade hindi news channel. As I had night flight they don't have close waiting room. I had to sit in veranda. room did not had any details of what service hotel had. How can you live in room where there is no intercom

Napier Heritage fort kochi was amazing! The staff was so nice and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were also very clean. The pool was so beautiful and perfect for a swim. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect and made it so easy to explore Fort Kochi. This hotel is a must-visit!

A Hidden Gem with an Incredible Pool! Our stay at Napier Heritage was nothing short of magical! The pool was the highlight—crystal clear water, a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect spot to unwind. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, reflecting Kochi’s rich history while providing all modern comforts. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and came with a luxurious bathroom that felt like a spa. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great mix of local and continental options. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Kochi!

Really enjoyed our stay at Napier Heritage, Although the hotel is not fully A/C, the rooms are A/C and its convenient hence . The staff at Napier heritage are excellent and super friendly and professional. G.M.Mr.Hari was extremely helpful during our stay and he helped us organize a surprise party for my family's union. I was so happy to receive flowers from the staff on my birthday which was a super surprise for me. We had a photoshoot at Napier Heritage which went amazing as the place is fantastic for it with it's authenticity.

Book and be guaranteed for Disappointment Our Indian travel agent, Jodhpur Voyages booked our accommodation for our month long trip in India under the instructions of securing quality boutique 3 star to 5 star accommodation. We walked into our room at Napier Heritage Hotel and were shocked. 1. No window; just a boarded up window in the main bedroom. 2. No wardrobe rail to hang clothes on hangers. The manager offered an even worse room before placing hooks on the wardrobe-＞ result being still no hanging rod for clothes to hang on hangers. 3. No bedside light. 4. The restaurant is a sad affair. Clearly the website has undergone major refurbishment but don’t be fooled. The hotel is sad, unkept and unwelcoming. We were booked for two nights but canceled the second night.
