I had visited the particular property on the 31st of may, i booked via oyo for a deluxe room, the front office staff was not impressed by the online payment i made and refused to give us the room, after so many requests they allotted us a normal standard room (while the original booking was made for a superior category)the room was stingy and really awful. the linen was not clean, when we complained to the front office, the old guy who was in charge of front office shouted at us, and was really unprofessional throughout our visit, even the toilets were not cleaned properly, at last i had to checkout on the same date with my wife to find a better hotel for the night due to their bad property and arrogant front office, special mention to the middle aged guy in charge of front office for spoiling our day & the rude behavior. I sincerely request the fellow passengers to avoid this place as there are N number of properties who treat their guests in a much better way.
