Cozy environment, friendly staff, very clean and neat it’s very much trendy place! Totally recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Came from Calicut and this exceeded my expectation loved it a lot would love to try more dishes and come again next time

The overall ambience and food quality at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. They had also provided wide range of options in the buffet breakfast. Overall I am highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

It was an amazing experience. The rooms were kept very clean and super comfortable, making my stay relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The dining hall and other facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The restaurant food was really good, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The overall vibe was very positive, and the building itself was aesthetically designed. Most importantly, the hospitality was above splendid, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

I checked into Travancore Court Hotel on the 13th of September and was greeted with a warm welcome, complete with refreshing welcome drinks. The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. On the first night, I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. I ordered some items from the menu, and the staff kindly recommended a few dishes as well. The food turned out to be absolutely delicious. They informed me that the next day they would be serving Sadhya, and they mentioned it was one of the best in Cochin. Although I was checking out the next day, I couldn't resist trying their Sadhya, so I called some family friends in Cochin and booked a table for all of us. Honestly, the Sadhya was incredible! I've had Sadhya at different hotels before, but this one was the best—just as the staff had promised. The restaurant was packed with guests eager to try the Sadhya, but the service was flawless. The staff expertly managed the crowd and knew the perfect sequence for serving the various dishes. What impressed me the most was the personal attention—both the Chef and Manager visited our table several times to ensure everything was perfect. They did the same with every table, making sure all guests were satisfied. Overall, it was the best Sadhya experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve already decided to stay at Travancore Court for my next visit in a month. Highly recommended!

The Hotel Claims Welcome drink on arrival. We checked in at 8.30 pm on September 4 but nothing was offered. Check in was smooth. I had stayed at 704. Excellent room and house keeping arrangements. The restaurant staff attitude at their first floor Feast is far far below 4 star hotel. The don't even see whether customers glasses are to be filled with water. They stand as group of 4 or 5 and chat and they don't turn up unless you call them. There are some blind spots where if you happened to sit they can't even see us unless we get up and call them. Out of around 20 tables during dinner time hardly 6 tables were occupied yet there was delay in servicing dishes. When Mojito was served it was hvg 10 times more sugar and simply not drinkable and when complained it was taken back and same was served back without any action like diluting or making another fresh drink etc. Ultimately we left the drink as it is without consuming and paid too. This clearly shows that the restaurant is not supervised by a proper caring Manager. Also the restaurant closure time is 10.30 pm however at 10.15 pm they are in a hurry to take orders and leave by 10.30 pm sharp. In short the restaurant staffs requires basic training as how to attend a customer in a restaurant of a 4 star hotel. Food served was excellent but for the unpalatable mojito and because of the service we didn't like to visit the restaurant frequently. I had checked out on September 7 and checkout was very smooth. I liked the Hotel, ambience, front office, house keeping except restaurant service. Hope they improve on this. I had booked directly with Hotel for my stay. Regards Krishnamoorthy

A little late of a review but better than never. Shout out to Neelima & the team for ensuring warm hospitality throughout our stay. Restaurant served a good variety of breakfast and I would have to say that I had the best chicken chop here too - impressive!

We visited the restaurant for an evening dine out. The food is just amazing. Value for money. Never fail to impress. The service is great! Vishnu was wonderful.. highly recommend this place for the food and hospitality!! Will definitely come again!!

We loooove this place. Although it's under renovation it dud not impact our stay on bit. The room was spotless and ultra modern. Ilunlike other hotels thosone looks EXACTLY like the photos its promotes. The manager and indeed every member of staff made it extra special though. They were so lovely. Highly recommend

We found Travancore Court an excellent value! Our room was comfortable and cleaned immaculately for us. The staff are welcoming and friendly as well as very efficient. From the moment we arrived at the front door there were smiles and welcome! A special thank you to Binu and Saran for their helpfulness!
