Forte Kochi

Lovely hotel made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. The location is great, close to bars and restaurants all within walking distance and the tuk-tuk ride to the Jewish street was only 10 minutes

I had a lovely stay at Forte Kochi. To start with, the location is excellent for anyone who wishes to explore popular places of interest in the area. My package included a heritage walk around touristy spots in Fort Kochi. The vibrant colours and European style decor instantly cheer you up! The staff is extremely warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. I took a basic room, so the view was nothing special, but it was cosy and well maintained. Even the bathroom was extremely neat and tidy. Decor, amenities and comfort were up to the mark. Coming to the breakfast buffet, it is pretty good but not excellent. However, their French toast really stood out to me! Overall, I had a great stay and would love to return in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us. The atmosphere is great. I had a relaxing swim in the pool. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the local area in walking distance. Thank you for making our stay special!

From the time I stepped foot on this remarkable property, I felt like I was home. I was greeted with the biggest smile by Anesha and warmly welcomed. She provided us with a welcome drink (not sure the name of it, but it was water with cinnamon, clove, honey & orange slice). The rooms was big, airy & decorated with furnishings that were comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable! The premises were always clean and smelled fresh. The manager went out of his way to give permission for us to swim after hours. The staff left nothing unattended. There was always a smile on their faces and were always helpful. They were so receptive and friendly & and I have left this property with newfound friends/family. The Jetty had a great selection of food to choose from. Everything that we ordered was delicious- you can’t go wrong here. The breakfast buffet provided numerous options of traditional Keralan food as well as Western options. Also, you have the option to order hot food items off the menu such as appams & dosas. I did take the opportunity to use the spa services that are offered. I had a couple head massages as well as a papaya facial. Silpa provided the best spa services! She was very polite and made sure to attend to everything that I needed to make sure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend their spa!! Do not miss out on tea/coffee time in the afternoons. It is complementary & is served with a snack such as pakoda or Pazham Pori (banana fritter). This was definitely a special treat! I want to thank all of the staff who made my trip truly special. A beautiful heritage hotel that belonged to a prominent Jewish Keralan fanily. There is still a mikvah in the grounds of the hotel. We had a beautiful room overlooking the swimming pool. The bed was super comfortable with an en-suite shower room. Breakfast was a feast of both Indian and European breakfast items Fresh fruits including dragon fruit and pomegranates were on offer as well as freshly squeezed juices; eggs and bacon was cooked to order. There were lots of places to sit around the pool. The hotel is well located with a money exchange and tourist centre at the bottom of Queen Street and lots of interesting shops in the surrounding area

An amazing hotel. I walked in and relaxed immediately after a long flight. It’s a small, peaceful and tasteful heritage hotel. The staff were wonderful but not overbearing. Breakfasts were lovely. The ambience of the courtyard was peaceful and relaxing.

One of best hotels I visited and it was a great experience. The staffs were friendly and they offered us help if we need anything so if you are a person looking for comfortable stay . Amazing foods cooked by the chef's and comfortable bed to sleep in . This will be the place you are looking for

A superb boutique hotel. Attention to detail and cleanliness is first class. The suite was impressive. Perfect start to our India adventure. Wonderful team, friendly and efficient. Food delicious and fresh. We highly recommend this little oasis in Kochin. Can’t wait to return and discover more.
