We stayed at The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Kochi for 2 nights. Our Suite was huge with massive bed, living room, all essential amenities & clean bathroom. They offer various room categories to suit your budget and stay preference. Their in house restaurant serves ample varieties in veg and non veg in both ala carte and buffet with cozy indoor seating. Decent breakfast spread to cater all age groups. Enjoy hi tea by the pool every evening or opt for candle light dinner at an extra cost. In other amenities they have a massive swimming pool, indoor play area, spa & gym to keep the guests entertained. Nice hotel to stay in Kochi for personal and business visits .

I recently stayed at Fern Ecotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were courteous, always ready to help, and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The property itself is beautifully designed with a strong emphasis on eco-friendly practices. It’s refreshing to see a hotel that combines sustainability with modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities, and calming décor that added to the overall relaxation. One of the highlights was the food. The in-house restaurant offered a diverse menu, and every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The breakfast buffet, in particular, had a great variety and catered to different dietary preferences. The ambience of the hotel is another standout feature.

The staff was polite and cordial. Accommodated whatever requests you threw at them. The campus was green and peaceful. Few old town places nearby to checkout if you like soaking in the place. My vehicle had broken down and the guards helped me contact a nearby repair shop. Would highly recommend.

We recently spent two nights at the Fern Club Rooms, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Uncomfortable Bed The bed was incredibly bouncy, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Every movement would cause the other person to bounce, making it feel like sleeping on a trampoline. Inadequate Air Conditioning The air conditioning was woefully inadequate, especially considering the warm March weather. Despite setting the temperature to 19C, the room temperature never dropped below 23.5C. The lack of air circulation made it impossible for us to sleep comfortably. TV Issues To add to our woes, the TV wasn't working due to a tripped switchboard. We brought this to the staff's attention, but it took several hours until midnight to resolve. Underwhelming Compensation Given the numerous issues we faced, we were expecting a more substantial gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, the staff only offered us a discount of Rs 900 on a room that cost Rs 39,639.20. We felt this was inadequate considering the problems we encountered. Overall, our stay at the Fern Club Rooms was disappointing, and we hope the management takes steps to address these issues.

The room is clean and neat but the ac unwinds stale smell. The food at restaurants are fine especially tea goes good with banana cake. In regard to swimming pool, water is pure and clean. Environment suited for couples and family. Whole building is in eco friendly vibe.

We recently returned from a great holiday in Kerala and I wanted to thank all of the staff at the Fern Ecotel for a lovely stay. The hotel was run very professionally and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The food was excellent particularly the breakfast which had numerous Indian and International items so was great for our kids. Nice spacious rooms and a lovely cool pool to have a dip in. What more could you ask for?

This is an exceptional hotel. The environment is stunning, the food is delicious, the pool and gardens are beautiful and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff take care to greet and chat, but not over chat with the customers. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The chefs are ever present and every staff member wears a smile when they speak to youm it is clear that these are higky trained staff who take pride in their work including the domestics. The concierge staff are incredibly helpful and sweet. There is nothing about this hotel that I did not like. I loved it so much I am returning before my flight home.
