5 Days away for Fall Festival! 10/03/24-10/08/24 Always prefect! always Exceptional! The Staff is without question outstanding! What every hotel/motel should be! 2 room oversized suite, breakfast excellent, Housekeeping stellar! GM John Novak is one of the best! He leads by example and his staff stay put and Love Him! We WONT EVEN CONSIDER STAYING ELSEWHERE! EVER!

Nice facility and easy location from interstate. Very friendly guest service upon our check-in at 9:00 pm. Had nice variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Appreciate that soda machine is open for breakfast too because I don’t drink coffee but enjoy a Coke.

Overall good experience and stay at hotel relatively clean, quiet well managed good workers, good location, easy drive to airports good restaurants close by to hotel. Amenities were good and were available as needed. Parking was good and access to key roads was adequate

My husband and I spent a night at the Drury Inn & Suites – Evansville East, and it was a very nice stopover on our travels east. Many thanks to Mae, Lia and Tim for assisting us in all aspects of our stay! We had a nice room with a view of the Wabash and Erie Canal. It was a very comfortable king bed, and we had a good night’s sleep. The bathroom vanity area was small but separate from the toilet and shower, so it was easy for us to both use the area without getting in each other’s way. The room had a desk with an office chair as well as an easy chair and occasional table, and we had a good amount of space for our luggage. There was minor traffic noise from the highways, and we were next to the elevator so we heard the bell whenever anyone used it, but otherwise it was a fairly quiet room. There is a very pretty 4-story atrium at the front of the hotel with the glass-fronted elevator, which makes a nice entrance to the property. The breakfast area is somewhat small but including the front lobby has sufficient seating for all guests. They have the basic hot and cold breakfast offerings (including fresh fruit). The coffee was hot but somewhat weak. I was very pleased to see that the plates and silverware were all washable/reusable, making them a sustainable/green facility. They have a gym room which I used and was quite adequate for my needs. We unfortunately arrived too late in the evening for the kickback buffet, but we know this is always a guest favorite. We appreciate the Drury Inn and their consistently great hotels! Thank you for a good night’s stay!

This is a good location. I appreciated the friendly staff and amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable. Felt like a safe neighborhood overall. Also, there are nice restaurants around and this Drury is close to St. Vincents’s Ortho Hospital and Deaconess Gateway Hospital on the eastside of Evansville.

1) 1st night our vehicle got broken into and many high worth items stolen and vandalized inside of my vehicle . Have a police report. 10cars apparently got broken into- no safety surveillance. 2) Business center is in open space while working having conference calls and meetings (staff vacuuming) people coming and going into pool & running … constant revolving door people coming in and out-bad location for business center. 3) Bathroom toilet was wiggling falling off- no staff fixed it! 4) And small roach in bathroom …that we have video of… 5)Housekeeping never changed out sheets or vacuumed room. 6)Bed was made 1night only. 7)Manager threatening me w be happy I didn’t get charge you w a noise fee…First of all; I have a BABY & my kids were not out roaming /running making noise. I can keep on with unfortunate complaints…

Very nice location, close to many restaurants. Our window had a view of small pond. Hotel at capacity due to Eclipse. Crowded dining room, but food still hot. Staff worked hard. Room clean. Paid premium due to eclipse, but overall had a nice visit to view eclipse.

Exceptional experience! The staff was 100% committed to my happiness and satisfaction. Everyone was so friendly and kind and genuinely concerned that I have the best stay possible. Even the general manager made sure to come talk to me during breakfast to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! The food is amazing! Yes, the hotel meals were hot, delicious and very plentiful. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was quickly refilled and they didn't rush you like many do to clean up and put everything away. They were very well staffed also so there wasn't just one person, trying to fill all the roles. And on top of the complimentary breakfast, there is even fresh popcorn and drinks all day in the lobby and an enormous spread in the evening! Salad, chicken pasta alfredo, hot dogs, nachos and even a complete bar with wine and spirits...and yes all complimentary!! You can feed your entire family 2 meals a day here. Talk about saving some money! The hotel rooms were very nice, comfy beds and plenty of room to move around. They have an extra chair, desk, microwave, and fridge. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice as well. The location can't be beat. It is right off the expressway and in the middle of a nice commercial area with plenty of restaurants and a great variety of retail stores right there. Believe me, you want to stay here!

Such a great experience at the Drury! Everyone is SO nice and friendly. The customer service here is top notch. John, Huggy, Mark, Ron and literally every single employee makes you feel so welcome. They all step in to help when needed, and with a smile too. It was very crowded over a holiday weekend and yet they all were hustling and made us feel at home. We will be back!
