Aquí nos hemos descansado de calidad, la cama es cómoda y nos gustan los snacks de complimento. Nuestros amigos son el ambiente de la iluminación. Y también la fuerte presión de agua para lavar toda la fatiga. El interior del hotel es delicioso y con un fondo histórico, nos gusta la estancia aquí!

basic budget hotel in malang. unfortunately it seems like a pipe burst and the ceiling in my room started to leak at 2am. the front desk sent someone to fix it but it was only fixed for about 3 minutes before it started to leak again. it was 3am so barely slept at all. the hotel did not offer a change of rooms or any sort of compensation.

La felicidad inesperada, una fuerte recomendación. Como un museo de integración cultural eurasia, los fundadores recopilarán objetos anticuados de todos los lugares, clasificados por diferentes temas, y son de gran valor. El restaurante también es bueno, ofrece desayuno 24 horas y un poquito de tarde

The hotel location was superb! There were some spaces for improvements such as breakfast menu options and variations. The taste was decent but relatively not enough for 4 stars rated hotel.

Todo lo que puedo decir es que este hotel vale la pena cada vez que pasamos el día. De la limpieza al servicio, del edificio a las instalaciones de apoyo como el centro de fitness y la piscina. Todos los aspectos son muy bien gestionados. Además, la ubicación es sólo otra ventaja, situada en el corazón de Malang más conectada con dos centros locales que proporcionan casi todo lo que necesitamos comprar cuando se trata de satisfacer nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estancia.

The room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us. Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon. I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it. What a bad experience with a 4* hotel. Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩 The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room. Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.
