I booked a stay at Adora Calma Beach Hotel through Expedia.dk, specifically paying extra for a beach view room. However, upon arrival, I was given a tiny, dark, and noisy room with no beach view. When I brought this up to the reception manager, they were unhelpful and dismissive, and despite contacting ******* for assistance, the only response I received was a token compensation of 130 kr, which did not make up for the poor experience. So disappointed with Expedia.dk The room was far from what was advertised—small, gloomy, and uncomfortable. The hotel’s beach is also practically unusable due to constant heavy waves, and the pool is tiny, making it overcrowded given the number of guests. The location isn’t great either. While the hotel’s website might make it seem like a beautiful, relaxing place, the reality is far from it. The only redeeming factor was the restaurant staff, who were friendly and provided good service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the higher price I paid for a room I never got.

I have booked a standard room in your hotel, thinking I will receive the room that you advertise on your website. I have reached the room just to see that was not the case. I have went back to your reception asking to change the room and pay the difference just to get a better room as the one provided was absolutely a nightmare. Apart the fact that your staff do not understand English, they have asked me to check following morning with the manager. Which I did, just to receive a plain answer that you do not have any availability. The AC in the room was old unit that was not handling the heat from outside, so we were boiling hot all the time, and sleeping in that room was a nightmare. There was no cold water in the sink, spiders and ants in the bathroom, no shower handle, no proper lights in the room. I find this appealing and they shouldn’t even sell those rooms. It is ridiculous!!! Not to mention that they had almost the same dishes everyday, the drinks were tasteless. Also one day we have return from a day trip at 14:29, I was at the terrace bar were they were serving the pizza and ask for one as we were hungry and they have refused us, though the lady there had 2 pizzas already done, they were just supposed to be added to the oven. Then we have waited for the waffles, guess what? The first one was ready at 15:20pm, ridiculous again. Another morning me and my husband have been kicking out from the breakfast area at 7:25am, because the breakfast is served straight 7:30am, thought all the buffet was already set. I have sent them an email more that a month ago, that they didn’t even bother to answer. It was the most terrible holiday we ever had!

The hotel itself is extremely clean and the maids are absolutely amazing at keeping it that way. The staff are incredible and can’t do more for you, they are very accommodating and friendly and view is one of the best views I’ve ever seen. However, If you are English I wouldn’t suggest to go here. There’s not any other English people (although the staff do speak it) and the type of people who where there at the time of my stay were unbelievably rude, one even told my friend to “shush” when he was on the phone (he wasn’t even being loud!). The food is completely tasteless and bland and we only found out on the last day that there was another section for food (which was still bland) after eating the same meal for 6 days. You must get to the pool around 6am to even be in a chance of getting a sunbed as some people were leaving their towels over night and this seemed to be okay with the hotel. It’s miles away from anything and taxis are very expensive and do not take card. When disputing a bill for drinks (it’s meant to be all inclusive) the manager was very rude towards us. It’s such a shame I’ve felt the need to write a review like this but if I’d have known beforehand I wouldn’t of picked this hotel.

Cihan was amazing, the best customer service I have ever had. Food was good pool at your door step and sea just as close cant fault our time here. Small walk to a Sunday market and a small Taxie to town l. Quit when you want it most. Would come back anytime amazing.

I booked with Love Holidays for a solo female holiday, I liked the look of a boutique hotel for adults only as I just wanted to rest and relax. Picked up at the airport using the Love Holidays Express transfer, what they didn’t explain was that Express still has up to three drop offs, so where I was expecting to be at the hotel within an hour, it took nearer two so didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 10pm, the Night Receptionist was very helpful and confirmed they had kept some food for me which was good. I went to my room 1607, very impressed with the size of it, though it does need a chair or small sofa and table in the big gap by the bed. However, this is when things turned, overnight the air conditioning leaked badly so that my room flooded! I also had to put up with some sort of smoke alarm above the bed which gave the whole room a blue glow throughout the night so it was never dark. I went to Reception where I met the Manager, he said he would try get the air conditioning unit fixed and for me to return later in the day. When I went back after lunch he said I would need to change rooms, he offered me one of the rooms behind the block of suites so the view was of the back wall and a bit of the sea beyond, so basically I’d be looking at a wall, the actual room was also tiny, not much bigger than the bed! I asked if there was another option, he took me back to the block where my first room was and offered me a similar room to what I had, however the view was more side sea view, not what I had paid for, however he gave me no choice but to accept – Room 1610. That afternoon I was sitting on the balcony of the new room late afternoon and guess what, I could hear the air con unit start dripping! I went and got the Manager to show him, when we returned to Reception he wasn’t very helpful, just kept blaming the air con company and not taking any responsibility or understanding my situation considering I had now changed rooms and would need to again, he refused point blank to offer me one of the upgrade rooms (with jacuzzi or own pools) ‘because they are expensive….oh and we’re full’ the hotel was not full, maybe 30 guests at this point, and I know the suites were not that much more than what I had paid, I only chose not to book a suite in the first place because I travel alone and want to meet people! Therefore because I didn’t want to look at a wall for the remaining week, I had no choice but to accept yet another room 1604 facing out to the right looking at trees and I know would never get sun, with the agreement I could revert back to my first room once the air con was fixed – I decided to put up with the blue room glow in order to keep the better view! That night I woke up to, you guessed it, the air con unit beginning to leak in 1604, so back to my first room once things were fixed. So that’s 4 room changes in 2 days! The hotel rejected us since we were two men. "the receptionist" at the door was incredibly rude. Instead of solving the problem he became aggressive as we talked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Das Hotel hat uns abgewiesen, da wir zwei Männer waren. „Der Rezeptionist“ an der Tür war unglaublich unhöflich. Perfect boutique hotel situated right on the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing week spent either chilling around the pool, sipping cocktails or sunbathing on the private beach, both have plenty of sun beds. Sea view rooms, very clean and comfortable. Lovely food with very professional, attentive staff, a special thanks to Cihan who looked after us from day one. Location, if you are looking for nightlife this hotel is definitely not for you, evening entertainment is music from a mobile phone and nothing is within easy walking distance, therefore felt a little trapped in the evening.

Quiet, bijoux, 55 chalet room hotel on the edge of the Mediterranean. Beautiful, secluded location. Friendly, engaging and professional staff, great selection and choice of food. Infinity pool and on-site Spa. Clean rooms with ensuite bathroom, toiletries and towels provided. If you're looking for a hotel that's close to town with a lively nightlife - this is not for you!

We found this Hotel to be very relaxing with a Chef who is very proud of his food, not at all as some reviewers say, the staff team are amazing and in April at the end of Ramadan, it's an absolute Bargain with fabulous weather. It is good to tip the staff, the are worth tipping, they work hard, they are very kind, they welcome you with warmth, the domestic cleaning staff are so lovely, chat to them in your language, they know a few words if most language, and appreciate communication. You will then be further welcomed with people who smile and genuinely happy to see you! Everyone is happy at Adora, and they want you to be happy too!
