Aroma Butik Hotel

Terrible hotel in the middle of nowhere and next to a busy motorway. I booked a bungalow with jacuzzi and no hot water for many days, paid extra for dinner and there was no menu or choice, I was given a bowl of soup which was inedible. Constantly ripped off when wanting a taxi to go and eat somewhere else. The hotel advertised that they had their own private beach, absolutely disgusting, rubbish everywhere and not easily accessible. Returned home early as couldn’t cope. I advise anyone think twice before using this hotel

We arrived for a family break with our two children. From Antalya Airport, it was over an hour's transfer what seemed like the middle of no where. When we checked in and went to our room, up some slippery stairs, it was the equivalent of a hostel. Totally basic with no sheets etc. It was 6.30pm when we arrived. All we were handed was these filthy blanket. The place was completely deserted, we were the only ones there. Like a ghost town. The first night after going for a bite to eat, we went to our room only to discover there was no heating working. My husband and daughter has asthma so it was imperative there was some heating. Both of went looking for the receptionist but he had packed up and left and no where to be seen. We had no option but to all sleep in our jackets with the gross blankets shivering all night. In the morning, we discovered there was not even any hot water. We went down to breakfast and also let him know. He didn't understand a word we said in English. The breakfast was terrible. It was a plate made up of boiled egg, greasy fries, and salaami some cheese. My daughters cheese had mould on it. On our way back to our room, our 15 year old daughter slipped on the slippery stairs and fell. She was in so much pain. No one even came to help. At this stage, we had enough. My husband quickly repacked all our belonging phoned a taxi and headed to the hospital. Holiday ruined on first day. Daughter is in plaster from a ripped tendon and on crutches. From the hospital, we booked another hotel after several hours of stress and headed there. Please, please think 100 times before booking this hotel. Honestly, I should have believed the reviews. We've now forked out for another hotel inside Antalya for our remaing 6 days out of seven and ruined the entire holiday as daughter can't go amywhere - Upset mother! They didn't even look at us when we left - Heartless people!

We have just returned from the aroma butik hotel in kizilot and I’m afraid to say it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at 😢 we arrived late on the evening and were told there was a problem with our rooms, we were taken to another property which at best I would say it was a youth hostel (that was in a campsite) and told we would be collected the following morning. We were left at the hotel, no water, or drink offered, the room was dirty, dirty ashtray, ants all over 🤢 there was 3 adults and a 15 year old in our party in one room with 1 single and a double bed!! So our 15 year old had to share with us…..not ideal! We were collected the following morning and took back to the hotel. Our rooms still weren’t ready! We were told to have breakfast and then our rooms would be ready. One room was ready after breakfast and we had to wait till after lunchtime until the 2nd room was ready. The food was terrible, for breakfast it was oatmeal, potatoes etc, no water was offered (had to pay) bread with jam and butter. The evening meals were no better, we only ate there twice as it was so bad and we are not fussy eaters! Again the only drinks offered were Turkish tea and coffee, no water was offered unless you paid! We had to ask for clean towels and for the rooms to be cleaned otherwise I think we would still be waiting! We had no blinds or curtains in our room, the only mirror was in the bathroom so you had to dry your hair in the bathroom stood on a wet floor as it was a wet room!! There was cables exposed, stains on the ceilings, mould on the curtains, wardrobe doors hanging off their hinges. Bedding had holes in it and didn’t feel clean, towels were stained despite being washed. Shower was barely warm unless you showered in the middle of the day!! Constant power cuts, WiFi sporadic. If you want to go on any excursions either book before you go or expect to pay at least 60 euro round trip in a taxi to get anywhere. The closest shop is close by but you have to cross a VERY BUSY FAST motorway to access it from the hotel. Very scary! This hotel at best is a 1 star budget hotel . Advertise it as that then fine but this is definitely not 3 star I’m afraid.

On arrival half our family group had to check into another hotel for the night at 2am. At 9am they were woken to return to the hotel for breakfast but their room was still not ready and we met other families who had the same issue or who did not have the number of beds booked in their room. They were left waiting until 2/3 pm with no communication about the expected wait and no replacement facilities to wait in, except shared areas. Even then there was only one single bed rather than the expected two until evening. And the dusty floor was only cleaned after the second bed was delivered. The room that was initally ready, was filthy with stains on bedding, filthy marks on the floor and a worm in the bathroom (like a small tapeworm). When we raised this the owner /manager was abrupt and dismissive. It took persisted and frequent complaints to get someone to look and then further chasing for the bottom sheets and blankets to be changed. Who wants to be that person on holiday? But it was nasty and things had to change and we couldn't stay like that. Staff were polite and friendly, on the whole but service was minimal and below minimum expected standards (basic cleaning throughout stay on request, there were no repairs to blocked shower). I loved the quiet location and enjoyed the breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel until they resolved their customer service and issues with room repairs.

This hotel is absolutely filthy, both me and my partner were shocked by the amount of bugs crawling around the room as well as cobwebs with beasties caught in them. The bedsheets felt very greasy and when we asked to get them cleaned they said they would but never did. The owner was playing very loud music outside at the bar late at night and when I asked him if he could please turn it off he refused and said it was for his other customers of which there were none outside. We saw no cleaner the whole time we were there. The breakfast was very poor with no choice of drinks other than tea. On night 2 I woke up with flea bites around my neck in the morning so we couldn’t stay there any longer and checked out early to go get another hotel. I could go on and on but honestly save yourself and do not book this hotel

Good location, very close to beach. Food is not that great, same dinner almost every night. No water offered with any meal have to buy own from bar which cost 10 times the normal shop price. No kettle or fridge or an iron in the room. Have to request fridge which took 2 days to work. Even through bedroom cleaning was requested the bedding was never changed. Don't use the taxi from the hotel all related and charge lot more instead use the bus which is very cheep and reliable and you can catch it right outside the hotel. if you need to exchange money don't do it at hotel go into town centre . hotel will offer you very low rate.
