El aire era un poco alto y literalmente caliente/frio- lo mantuvimos más frío que preferimos para asegurarse de que no se quedó/se quedó caliente. fue un gran toque que dejó en frío por nuestra llegada- gracias ¡La piscina parecía invitada, no podíamos hacer tiempo para usarla. «We were happy overall with the accommodations. Check in was simple, the room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen had all the necessities, there was a washer and dryer and they provided detergent. The bathrooms had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very nice to see/have.
I was a bit put off by the ants and spiders I killed in the room and the mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets.
Again overall great weekend get away.»

Our cozy apartment has blessed family and friends for many years, but now we've opening it to new friends like you! We only use non-toxic cleaners and detergents (by Shaklee) and we provide Backpack Beach Chairs w/ built in coolers for your enjoyment, and a couple Beach Cruiser bikes too! (sorry, no pets please). We've been SO blessed with wonderful guests who seem very appreciative for our KHBB, our quiet neighborhood nearby wonderful Beach accesses, our central location for many OBX attractions, and all the amazing restaurants too! Oh, and you'll love strolling or biking down to see our stunning sunsets at nearby Windgrass Sound access....never gets old. Comfortable home-feel type large modern studio apartment with high ceilling. Second floor, no elevator. Private space and separate entry. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air and relaxing. Cozy large bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Smart TV with Netflix access. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. No kitchen. Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar. There are linens for the bed and one set of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees. Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs. This home is located in a small, private, very clean and very peaceful condominium community only a short 10 minute walk away from the nearest beach access to the beautiful Kitty Hawk beaches. The property is an end unit with a spacious side yard and back yard for outside games, other forms of enjoyment or just pure relaxation. As you walk inside the front door, you will find a compete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, a dining area with a beautiful table and 6 chairs, a half bath, a compact washer and dryer and a very comfortable lounging area with a 55" TV ready to stream all of your favorite movies. Upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two very comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with dressers that provide plenty of space for smaller folded items and very spacious closets for those items you prefer to hang. Both have bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fans, overhead lighting, additional seating and TV's fully equipped for streaming from any of your favorite apps. Between the two bedrooms is a full size private bath with a tub and shower and a linen closet fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, and linens. We love dogs and know that taking them along on vacation is a must sometimes. I allow one dog with a $75 non refundable charge .I sometimes make exceptions for an additional smaller dog, but please ask first . PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE PET FEE IN YOUR RESERVATIONS.
Our yard is not fenced but we have plenty of room to walk in the back yard . If they've played at the beach, I have provided special towels for your dog to dry them after they're rinsed off from the hose we provide on the deck. Please no dogs on the furniture and bed and PLEASE clean up after your dog in the yard.. Thank you for loving your doggies and we hope they have a great time too. Feel free to ask any questions about our policy. This comfortable 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach home is centrally located in the desirable Outer Banks. The unique location allows for scenic views of the ocean and golf course. You can catch the sunrise over the sea from the large back deck, pool area, and living room. After a relaxing day at the beach or exploring all of what the island has to offer, come home to take in the beautiful sunset vistas over the fairway. Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach.
This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat.
Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. One of these bedrooms has its own access to the front deck and the other allows room for some outdoor privacy with its own screened porch.
Outside of the main living area, an additional screened sitting area and deck provides a front row seat to the golf course. A large deck on the back of the house facing the ocean and overlooking the pool offers plenty of room for more outdoor entertainment.

You will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owners closet downstairs and the locked pool pump/equipment area.
All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and Roku TV’s.
All 3 full bathrooms have walk-in showers.
