雖然酒店名字裏寫着輕井澤，但其實是在隔壁的御代田町（當地人也和我吐槽，因為衹寫御代田就沒有人來），從輕井澤打車到酒店是6-7000日元。酒店安排的接駁出租車，衹能到御代田站（坐信濃鐵路，距離輕井澤三站）來接。
告訴酒店要給媽媽過生日，準備了賀卡，甜點和小熊毛巾，但對比前幾家入住的，價格沒有那麼高的酒店來説，似乎有點廉價。
房間冰箱內的軟飲和酒精飲料是不額外收費的，根據人數供應，我們四人入住就有（四瓶當地的蘋果汁、四瓶當地的桃子汁、四聽三得利烏龍茶、四瓶巴黎水、四罐輕井澤啤酒、四罐惠比壽啤酒和兩瓶當地的起泡酒），供應的內容和其他相同價位的日式酒店會提供酩悦香檳比，也有些一般。
晚餐內容足夠，也很好吃，最後會有主廚來見面。

Vivo en una habitación de estilo japonés renovado, junto al lago del 7o piso. Hay dos camas individuales en la bodega de maíz, junto a la ventana hay una mesa baja y un sofá rotocalado. Esta es una decoración muy vieja en todas partes. Aunque no uses el cuarto de baño en tu habitación, es mejor no verla. No lo uso, pero es un cuarto de baño de la época. Hay muchas familias con niños, así que si tienes familias con niños difíciles de viajar, puede ser muy bueno. Somos un par de mediana edad, así que todo no es adecuado. La próxima vez, comeré en silencio en una habitación tranquila, y el hotel es un cuarto de baño que no correrá alrededor de los niños. No nos quedamos sin una comprobación cuidadosa, así que no sirve de nada. UUsuario invitadoThe food quality of the Spanish set dinner and breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. All the staff including front desk and restaurant were very friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient and walkable from bus station or to the shops, the rental of bicycles was included in the room rate. Many places are accessible by bicycles and kind of convenient to cycling around. The free flow drinks and snacks was a very kind gesture and face masks were very thoughtful room amenities for the dry weather. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to next visit soon.

NNC8891The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station.
However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service.
By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus.
Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead.
During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus.
The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring.
Overall service is excellent.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel.
We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't.
There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely.
Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

Ccloudy moonI Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

KKa ManThe staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

UUsuario anónimoNice hotel. Karuizawa Outlet is in a walking distance. But had to take the bus to ski area. The west ski area did not open at the time we stayed. The front staff was not that freindly. No power plug adapter for borrowing. When comparing to the price, it not worth it. The good thing is the location, that’s it.
Hotel breakfast was awesome, the staffs were very nice, much nicer than front staff.

1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped.
2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served.
3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas.
4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas).
5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries.
Cons:
1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

MMEI CHINGThere's a Mcdonals very nearby (2 mins walk) and a big supermarket just besides (3 mins walk). Not the most convenient location for ski but a good budget option. We walk to the ski field (around 15 mins) with no issue.
