JJC^-^VCNice customer services, with laundry is plus when travel with a little one with light packaging. The harbour view is unbeatable and close to the ferry terminal (2 minutes walk)to the morning food market.

UUsuario invitadoStayed on the 27th floor. Every 3-5 minutes, there is a 10-15 seconds of strange noise. reported to the hotel, they blame the lift for the noises. Unfortunately, the very disturbing noise appeared throughout our stay including very late at night.

LLittle Fat Catthe hotel is closing to the JR Station, it is just walking within 7 minutes from the station, it is very convenience for the travelers. Moreover, the front desk stuff is very nice and cheerful, and can response to the customer's queries promptly. The check in and check out process is very smooth and quick. When inside the room, the facilities is fine and clean, have a big working desk and enough light for the traveler when working is required with their computer. The Wi-Fi network is okay. Furthermore, the breakfast is fine and have lot of varieties for the guest to choose. the restaurant staff's service is nice. Also, there are lot of different restaurants which located around the hotel. Highly recommend to come back again in the next time.

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es bueno, buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren.Las habitaciones son limpias y un poco más amplias que las normas japonesas del hotel.Y me gusta el servicio de comida aquí. El hotel tiene arroz curry para comer tanto por la mañana como por la noche. Es muy bueno y delicioso.

헤헤헤헤헿La habitación era muy pequeña, pero el baño era muy pequeño. Es tan bueno que no hubo problema cuando lo usaba solo, y fue tan bueno que fue TV y YouTube.
Quiero volver si visito Kitakyushu la próxima vez.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is walkable from the JR station, surrounding malls and tourist spots, while not being in the centre of it all, making it a quiet and comfortable stay. There are many buses nearby so taking the bus instead of train was a good option to have. Walking distance can also be reduced sometimes via taking the bus. At the same time, the airport bus is at the JR station, so it was very convenient. The hotel while a little dated, is well maintained with floors segregated by non-smoking and smoking. Luggage deposit before and after is also available and the staff are very helpful with that. The bedside console comes with an alarm clock and even a music player where ambience music can be played - it is a very nice touch to have!!

UUsuario anónimoThis room type is sufficient for 4. Would be nice if hotel explains how to set up room. Futon is much thinner than the 12 tatami mat room type. Was difficult to enquire room rate and extension from front desk, ended up just booking on trip.com directly, much easier snd hassle free.

El techo es alto, por lo que no me siento frustrado en absoluto.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero está muy bien situado.
Cuando se ingresa, hay un problema para tomar fotos, pasaportes y entrar en los artículos básicos de acuerdo con el número de personas con una cámara de pad, pero vale la pena hacerlo.
Antes de entrar en la sala, puedes ir a la máquina de venta y tener una caja de almacenamiento de la bolsa (cargada)
Nos quedamos en la estación Kokura porque no podíamos entrar y salir hasta el momento de la entrada, pero estaba cerca, así que no hubo ningún problema.
Adicional. En el fin de semana de Kokura, fue difícil visitar sin reserva porque los locales vinieron en un patio. Los restaurantes deben alinearse y los bares deben reservarse, así que por favor, ¡recuerde a los que van a Kokura el fin de semana!!
Me quedé una noche y fui a Shimonoseki, y esperé una hora y 40 minutos debido al retraso del tren JR;;;

UUsuario invitadoThough location is a little far but the free shuttle bus to and fro Orio station made is super convenient for an onsen retreat. There's a direct bus from Kitakyushu Airport to Orio station too, which makes it even better. Thankfully, the staff kindly took note of the shuttle reservation request made during booking, otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient to contact them and expensive to get to the resort by other means. They left a note to check the official website for pick-up point but there was no specific information - something that can be improved. The location was found to be BEHIND Maxvalue Shop (see first few photos). The resort is visited by mainly locals so it was helpful to see and ask them for confirmation.
Facilities might a bit old but generally clean so it was okay. The room is nice and comfortable, particularly the view. It was very nice to see the hotel using reusable wares with even a refillable jug to get water from a machine at the shared space. Both sides of the natural onsen is switched between male and female everyday. Supper tantan noodles is great! Breakfast is not bad with both fusion western style and traditional Japanese options. It was a very nice and relaxing time!
