Хороший отель, все новое, современное. В номерах чисто, но сильно душно, нет вентиляции.

Отдыхали с 9 по 13 октября, заселили нас сразу по приезду в 10:30, так как номер был готов. За что большое спасибо, всегда приятно чувствовать заботу. Platinum- Новый уютный отель. Интерьер, удобная и чистая постель, ежедневная уборка номера, хороший завтрак. Окна выходили на проспект, но по ночам было очень тихо. В душе есть все принадлежности. Постель- матрас, подушки, одеяла, все на высшем уровне, мягко и уютно. Соседей не слышали. Большое спасибо за отдых!

Недавно построенный отель, удобное расположение (где-то 15 минут пешком до входа в парк Кисловодска, 10 минут до Курортного бульвара). Неплохой завтрак был включен в стоимость, на территории отеля есть бесплатная парковка. Номера сделаны в скандинавском стиле, что не часто встречается на югах России. В целом стильный отель, в котором приятно находиться. Из минусов - слабый вай-фай, нет никаких тв-каналов, кроме двух десятков общефедеральных.
