Perfect place for honeymooners🌹 The food is perfect as we are Egyptians and we never tried foreign food before. We love the place, we love how clean it is, the view is fascinating🥰 The spa is fantastic, and the crew is so friendly and welcoming. ❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼✅✅🎉🎉

I really anticipated staying at such a formidable wine estate while attending the Tsinandali Music Festival, located just a few minutes away. The online photos lead me to believe that this was a real luxury resort, at a very high standard. (Those little hot tubs from the photos, however, were not working, and there was no operative mini golf). My experience was mixed: my room in the lodge was dreary and not deserving of a 4 star rating in my estimation. I had to schlep my luggage up to the third floor. My room was very small, not well cleaned, had only basic furnishings and poor quality bedding, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, and there were insufficient electrical outlets. I did, however, enjoy the pool, which was very welcoming and refreshing. My free wine tasting was truly great: I had a personal tour, the guide knew English well, and answered my questions. When I was seated for a tasting, they were more than generous - pouring me 3 glasses of wine along with the Gold Chacha, and then offered to refill the glass which I loved the most. This was accompanied by a lovely plate of bread with regional dips. From here I ordered dinner, which was good, and which was presented in a very straightforward and unassuming manner. While not amazing, it was nevertheless quite good and a solid value for the money. The daily breakfast, served on the breathtaking balcony overlooking the estate, was good, but not earth shattering: there were no fresh breads, and no ready made coffee. The main hot dishes lacked freshly cooked eggs and, while there were cut vegetables, there were no ready made salads. I can't understand why they didn't serve more local fruits, sticking only to melons, as all the local produce markets had a wide variety of seasonal fruits. All in all, I think that the accommodation was slightly overpriced, although the overall experience was certainly positive and memorable.

Amazing hotel with big territory and great views of grape valleys. Beds are super comfortable and service is amazing. Pools were warm and clean. We enjoyed outside and inside pool and of course the spa. Food was amazing and wine was delicious. We personally thank staff for amazing service.

We booked a Two bedroom villa on their website. The information given for the villa clearly mentioned Full kitchen with kitchen supplies. But when we checked in we were informed that the kitchen cannot be used for cooking but only for heating. The General manager is a misbehaved guy and refused to acknowledge the error in information given on website He had the audacity to say that it's not an Airbnb accommodation but a hotel. He argued that there is no mention that kitchen can be used for cooking. By his logic Bathroom doesn't mean it is used for taking bath. This guy is not for to be a GM of such a big hotel. If this is the attitude the hotel is going to close very soon. They do not even reply to reviews on Tripadvisor. I hope the owners take suitable action.

There are no words to describe this place, you just have to visit and enjoy... The environment is surrounded by vineyards, amazing views of the Alazni Valley and the Caucasus, delicious Georgian cuisine and delicious traditional Georgian wine, wine spa, friendly staff... heaven on the earth

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The wine tour was amazing. Wine is very cheap and very tasty. Liked swimming pool and gym is pretty good. Great view on mountains. Stayed for one night but the experience was great. Planning to go again.
