Nice home The owner is very quick to communicate with you. The home is small, but very clean and well kept. Location was convienent and in a fairly quiet neighborhood.Cons:Driveway is uphill with a small area to turn aroundNo chairs on front porch to sit onNo dishwasher in kitchen.We would stay here again!

Great place to stay This was a great place to stay, the home is clean and cute. The neighborhood was quiet, near a park, and close to town. Checking in was easy and the hosts are polite and easy to work with.

Just what I needed The property itself was just as advertised. The location was great - close to a lot of good restaurant options. When I left there was an ambulance and 5 or 6 police cars about 10 houses down from where I was staying. I know if my wife was with me, she would not feel safe staying there again. Could be nothing, but it was definitely eye-opening.

Clean and Comfortable We were in Kingsport to visit relatives and needed a place to stay. This house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t need to cook, so I can’t speak to that. The only negative I have to say is that the air freshener was too strong when we first got there. It made us wonder if it was going to smell bad when it wore off but it didn’t. The house didn’t need it. I’d definitely stay here again and just ask the host to hold the air freshener.
