Snowberry Hill is a private Ski home situated on 11 acres of secluded property at Killington Mountain. Easy access just off the main Killington Road and a long flat driveway. With 5 full bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths, 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, two bonus rooms upstairs, it is ideal for hosting multiple families. Sleeps up to 12 people. Just 5 minutes to the New Killington K1 Base Lodge and centered in the heart of Killington Resort.
A large yard to play outside, a 6 person hot tub to soothe those sore muscles, a billard room, ping pong room, and large living room for relaxing in. A massive kitchen and dining room with a Vermont Castings wood stove to make it extra cozy. And last but not least a big flat screen TV and fire place in the living room.
This Ski home has everything and more!!
3 night min off peak and 5 night minimum for Presidents week but dates are flexible. Winter weekend
Wonderful weekend with friends. 10 minute drive to lifts and close to a few restaurants. Plenty of space at the house to spread out and relax

Fantastic Stay!
We recently stayed at this house with friends and newborn babies, and it was an amazing experience. The house is incredibly spacious and very well maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or just hanging out, there was more than enough space for all of us to feel at home.The property was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our group, and we especially appreciated how family-friendly it was with little ones. We will definitely be returning for another stay and highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, spacious getaway.

Amazing place. 10/10 recommend. The pictures truly do not do this place justice! Very spacious, clean, and cozy. Great location close to the mountain and restaurants. Host is very communicative. You will not be disappointed booking this house!

Great Ski Trip
Snowberry Hill is an excellent choice for any Killington trip. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need. We found the house very clean and beds super comfortable. The pool table room was a hit for our group, and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living room areas to enjoy each others company. Hot tub was lovely after a day of skiing! The location is tough to beat - 5-10 minutes from the Killington lodges and even closer to all the restaurants on the access road while still feeling quiet/remote. Check in was smooth and Jason is very responsive and helpful. All in all a fantastic stay!

Excellent Summer Vacation!
Fantastic home, great for a large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and exceptionally clean. Perfect summer location if you love the outdoors. Hiking, Fishing, ATV, Mountain Biking and more, all close by. Great restaurants in Killington and the City of Rutland is only a short drive. Would love to return for skiing & snowboarding in the winter! Perfect location for that!

Beat place in Killington
Overall it was a 5 star rated stay. The house is just perfect for a large group. It has everything that you would need when you rent such a space. If you’re going during ski season this is an unbelievable place to live in. The whole house is designed for that kinda season.
Evening entertainment is plenty. House is well maintained. Uber Eats delivers from local places and from Rutland.
Plenty space to park. Restaurants are close by within 1.5 miles. You’re right off VT 100. Getting around is super easy.
If you like this house be rest assured you’ll have a great stay. The owner is very responsive all thru the stay.

Beautiful!
Beautiful home. Very private and clean, close to restaurants and the mountain. Fully stocked kitchen. So comfortable. Jason was great too. Very responsive. You will be very happy renting this beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for group Killington stay

Amazing second stay at Snowberry Hill!
This was my second stay at Snowberry Hill & it was just as good as the first time! The house is a perfect ski retreat. We love the layout & comfortability of the house, the proximity to the mountain & restaurants, and of course, the fireplace & hot tub! Thank you, Jason!
