Great stay! The condo was exactly as described and in a great location, we loved the grassy area right in front of the beach if we didn’t feel like sitting in the sand! Tim had all the essentials for us and was quick to respond if we had any questions- we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely! Overall, a very nice stay! CLEAN, comfortable, and nice view of the ocean. A few hiccups: no hot tub like the listing originally indicated (disappointing!), no washcloths or beach towels, and we had some problems with the doors.Tim was VERY responsive and friendly, and quickly remedied the lack of towels and washcloths. I appreciated his communication. I would stay here again - quiet building, and great value.

Nice place to stay in Kihei Overall, it was a good stay. The partial ocean view is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer, and plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook. I had a few issues with the door locking and this is no fault of the host but we were told not to go in the water because of Portuguese Man-o-wars (mini jellyfish) that were washing all along the shore. It would have been nice to get a heads up about that! I would stay here again. The location is a short walk from a few businesses, and a short drive to the main area of Kihei, and it was affordable enough for the area.

Great views and location We very much enjoyed our stay at Kealia resort. Location is right on the beach, and just minutes away from Kihei. Tim was a great host, very responsive.

The property ad is misleading and we thought we were getting a room facing the ocean. Instead it was facing a very busy road. From the porch you can still see the ocean which is very nice, but it isn’t what we were expecting at all, which was disappointing. The room was clean, although quite hot so the window AC unit had to run all the time, which was quite loud. If the AC unit wasn’t running, you could hear the road. The property is nice and backs right onto the beach which is great for swimming and late night walks. Overall good place, but not in line with expectations
