The service I experienced at the hotel has been poor at best. I contacted Radisson before my arrival and received no response. Early check-in is at noon. I arrived before this and was informed I would need to pay for one full night or wait in the lobby. One full night? The hotel is new and the cleaners do an excellent job. But even with its newness, plumbing was a problem. The shower temperature intermittently went from too cold to perfect to 'move-out-of-the-way' hot. That aside, water draining could periodically be heard (I can hear it now.) from my bed. Dry cleaning was submitted one evening and not returned until two days later. It was only returned when I contacted reception. Some items were not returned, necessitating another request. My room's television didn't work, so maintenance was sent. They weren't able to fix the problem, but they promised IT would attend to it the following day. As I had received no contact by the following afternoon (1445), so I contacted reception. The problem was finally fixed one hour later. From a positive perspective, the reception staff were very friendly.
