I recently stayed at Surwahi Social Ecostate in Kanha and it was unforgettable. Ankit, our host, was very responsive and passionate about sustainability, evident throughout the property. The hospitality was exceptional, with Pradeep Ji's meals being a highlight. Narendra ji the caretaker was also very helpful and kind. The rustic design and eco-friendly approach, including a natural swimming pool, made the stay special. Waking up to birdsong and visiting the nearby Banjar River were delightful. For a unique, nature-centric retreat, Surwahi Social Ecostate is perfect. I look forward to returning soon.

I have found THE best place to stay while in Kanha and it will be this property Surwahi Social Ecostate Kanha where I had a unique experience which is usually not found in other homestay. The Homestay is an attraction itself with numerous options to engage in. One will never get enough of this place. It stands true to its name as every component here is a sign of sustainability. It has huge rooms and dorms which were undoubtedly clean with eco-toilets. The way they have designed the water harvesting system is visible through our eyes and I can't tell you how beautiful it looks when it rains. The best part is the open kitchen which gave me an immense pleasure to watch the food been cooked right in front of my eyes. The staff were also very helpful during my stay.
