Perfect location. Great room. Excellent owners. Good price. The location is just off Duval and right in the middle of Duval making walking a great option. Our room was comfortable and had the small kitchen area which was nice. The owners are super nice and hospitable. The price does not include "sneaky fees" like so many other lodging choices in the Keys do. The Happy hour is a nice touch complete with a "shot of the day."

I only stay at Key West Villas since during Covid and go down minimally twice a year, if I only had more time… my quite heaven right off Duval street offers me everything!!!! I can’t get over Kevin and Heather as owner, operators and hosts. That will bend over backwards to put a smile on your face while you are having an experience of a lifetime while in key west. They are extremely generous with mini breakfast layout, mimosas, beverages, coffees and waters etc. snacks available all day . Extremely clean and comfortable villas w full kitchens. I love the pool!! It’s my favorite. Easy, laid back but so lovely. Have to have breakfast on the porch in the mornings and then the bar opens at 4pm w Kevin’s (master mixologist) shot of the day, just another reason to enjoy the tranquility of the porch before you hit duval street and all that it offers!!

Key West Villas is nothing short of fantastic! Tucked just steps from the energy of Duval Street, it offers the perfect mix of convenience and quiet charm. The accommodations are pleasant and thoughtfully designed, with every detail considered to make guests feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality—and goodies galore! Our villa came stocked with a bottle of wine and all the coffee we could drink, a small but meaningful touch that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The kitchenette was a great addition, allowing us to enjoy a casual meal or morning coffee before heading out for the day. The pool, while small, is perfectly accommodating, and the hot tub is a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. Happy hour here is an absolute treat—great drinks, great vibes, and great company! Pro tip: While the included continental breakfast is very good, do yourself a favor and grab the Key Wester (sausage) from the Cuban Coffee Company nearby—it’s absolutely magnificent. And a special shout-out to Kevin up front—he is the man! He knows the area inside and out and can answer any question you throw his way. Five stars. Will repeat. Love this place.

4 gals, we shared a "suite", was awesome!! We have traveled a number of times in Key West, stayed at different properties (private homes, boutique hotels, luxury hotels). The KWV's are by far the BEST ever!! Even before you arrive the hosts ensure you know where to go, where to park (we arrived early, before check in time and were able to leave car and explore, no issues). The owners are tremendous, everything is taken care of, all/any info you need about Key West is provided. Entire property and rooms are spotless, food and beverages extensive and varied (breakfast buffet and snacks and drinks galore), FREE happy hour every day with a special "shot" of fun!! Location is PERFECT, quiet little street off Duval. You can get away from the madness or easily join in, whatever you feel. Very fun clubs, bars nearby....saw an awesome drag show just around the corner! I've run out of superlatives, just 5 STAR in every way!!! Almost don't want to post this so can keep it a secret ;) We will absolutely be back and are recommending to all our friends looking for the perfect Key West getaway! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Key West Villas. The rooms are great and have everything you can think of for your stay. The amenities are top notch! they have really thought of everything you would need for a stay at the beach - towels, beach chairs, laundry facilities, coolers, bikes, everything! The villas are located walking distance from restaurants and amusement in Key West. We rented a car but really could have done without it. And if you get tired of walking around, you can always relax poolside with a drink in hand from the daily happy hour for guests! Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if visiting Key West.

We stayed here in August of 24. Our second stay after the great experience we had in July of 2023. KW Villas offers a great place to stay with a pool, bicycle rentals, breakfast, bar and of course, only a few steps away from Duval St. The rooms are excellent, the proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone. I plan to stay there again when I can get back to Key West.

My wife Ana and I just returned from a 5 day getaway at Key West Villa's. While the weather was wet, owners Heather and Kevin made for a fantastic stay. Their place is clean and beautiful. They have free continental breakfast and then snacks all day. At 4pm Kevin has his shot of the day followed by open bar until 5pm. Don't miss the pineapple upside-down cake shot. On top of the incredible host and facility. Lest not forget to mention the LOCATION it's perfect. Right in the middle of everything. DJ's whole clams and lobster roll is like a 50 feet walk.. a must try for you seafood lovers. Thanks for the great memories Dan & Ana DePippo

We loved it here! The couple that manages the property are so friendly and make sure you are comfortable. Very clean , beautiful property with a location that can’t be beat. Loved cocktail hour and relaxing on the porch before our night activities.

We have been in USA 15 times and this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is clean and very comfortable with nice rooms and some incredible good hostesses. You get a warm welcome and a bottle of wine on arrival, and the show you to you room. There is free breakfast and free happy hour every day. The beds are very good and the WiFi is fast. You can always get snacks at the reception and there is free water at the pool. There is no negative tings to say about this place. If you pay a small fee, your car can park right outside the hotel. Highly recommended
