HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Save yourself the misery and go somewhere else. Unclean and unfriendly. Expect to pay double your estimated costs and threats of having your credit ruined. We were harassed by staff our entire stay. Please report them to the department of professional regulation.

I love this place for the location. Our 21 foot travel trailer was able to be in the shade to help with the heat. We were about 200 feet from a pretty little beach and boardwalk with steps to walk into a roped off area to swim. So many chairs provided to sit and watch the magnificent sunset. The bathroom and showers were air-conditioned and individual. Martha and Ruth in the office are so very nice. A food truck is parked on the grounds.

This place is AWFUL 😖! They trid to park us and pushed our motorhome into a neighboring car! There's no quiet hours. Loud music and partying till 4am! Cars and trailers jammed all over. A loud, crowded park. Avoid it! We travel to RV Parks all over the country, and this was by far the worst. Worse than the park in NM run by a meth head.

This place is as “Keys” as it gets. Excellent location, quiet and friendly. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Sure Rv spots are medium to small but you are in the Florida Keys and everything is space limited. Location is walk or bicycle to restaurants, bars, grocery stores or shopping.

We drove in and not long after, we wanted to leave. The plumbing is not good, our rv stank of sewage that we had to air it out for a couple of hours. Haven’t had this problem anywhere else. The restroom facilities were dirty and moldy smelling and I had a cold shower as I couldn’t get any hot water to work. The laundry was hot and no sorting table. Old and run down place. There are so many much nicer places to stay. We moved on first thing in the morning. They didn’t give us a refund but we left anyway. We are staying at Jolly Roger which is lovely and much, much better! Pass on this one for sure.

They claim to be pet friendly but we got turned down for an RV site because "the dog exceeds the weight limit and cannot be accommodated for." - Makes no sense since he'll be in my RV most of the time, and the weight limit of what? The island? Smh. If only little ankle biter yappy "dogs" are allowed then I'm kinda glad we're not staying there.

The park is quiet and most people nice but the staff are dishonest about their boat parking. They are quick to charge you the monthly per foot charge when you arrive even for an inflatable boat. What they don't tell you that is unless you are a long term resident you do not have access to the dock facilities shown on their website. They force you to keep your boat in a small coral area that is full of jelly fish AND that you will only have part time access to the captain Jack launch area during Kings Kamp office hours. You are forced to walk a long way from your trailer site to access the other launch area and again the launch is only available to be unlocked during office hours. When said that I was not told about their policy and I wanted my money back for the dock charges they offered me $49 back out of the $221 monthly charge they made a week earlier. If you have a boat and want to stay here.....don't.

Within the first 20 minutes of showing up I had called the office to let them know that a bunch of the blinds were broken and there is no privacy in the house... Also that when we first came in there a lot of roaches in the house... I was promised that it would be taken care of the next day.. I have learned that the reason they had told me that.. because if I was to call the agency that I had rented it from I only had it within the first 24 hours to do so... As you can see from the pictures it's not secure not safe and there is no privacy between the bedroom and the master bedroom literally there is a vertical blind that is broken to separate the two so if you decide to go down with your kids just realize that you will not have privacy .. and I wouldn't dare take any food in there because the roaches will carry it off... I have personally asked for the owners to contact me and of course I was promised that I would be taken care of on this matter and once again no prevail on anything...

I don’t know what those other people are talking about with the staff being rude. We Had a great experience with Ruth and she was very professional. The space are a little tight but it’s easy to get in and out and the park is very clean and the views are fabulous we stayed at site #54 we’ll be back for sure
