57 km to the west of Jyväskylä, lake Ruokosjärvi 25 m, hard (length 3 km, width 1.5 km), gently sloping sandy beach, dock and boat.
Wooden villa 2014, on the ground floor spacious living room / kitchen, hall, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with a double bed (width 120 cm), bedroom with 1 bed, separated by folding doors from the living room, 90 m² terraces on three sides the house, utility room/dressing room, bathroom (2 showers) and electric sauna.
Upstairs living room with 4 beds.
Lake-side end of the villa is made of glass and provides great views of the lake and nature.
The villa has floor heating with geothermal energy, as well as cooling, automatic ventilation system with heat recovery. There is also a tumble-dryer in the villa.
Lakeside sauna (27 m2), which has a fireplace room with sleeping sofa for two. The room also has a mini kitchen and TV. Water to the sauna comes from the lake, in sauna building there is underfloor heating. From the sauna terrace there are stairs to the beach pier. Mustikkakallio is located in a quiet plot, where you can be completely in privacy. Villa is situated in on a cliff and the surrounding environment has been kept in natural state. There are stairs from the lakeside sauna to the beach. West facing beach is sandy, gently sloping first, then deepens quickly.
The villa's building materials are organic materials and the interior color scheme is inspired by the surrounding nature. The living room has landscape windows, which open to the west to the lake.
The villa is located in a country milieu, in the traditional Ruokonen farm lands. In the farm lands there is a historic courthouse from early 1800's.
The neighboring cottages (rented only during summer season: 295 and 481), as well as the farm, is 200-400 m away.
On the terrace there is a outdoor fireplace and gas grill.
In the yard there is a storage building with storage for firewood and bio toilet.
