My parents stayed there for only a night, for a kids baseball tournament. The place was okay, but customer service was awful and disrespectful. On the day we checked-in, they called the room after 11 pm (of course, everyone was sleeping), asking if they had a bell cart in the room, in a very rude manner. After being told it was not there, they decided to knock on the door, and again ask for the bell cart. I have visited plenty of hotels, and even work in the travel industry, and I have never heard of anything like this. Not sure what kind of training is given to employees there, but that experience was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
