Room was not clean. After requested to be cleaned my room still was not cleaned . I had a guest service agent come to my room. She took videos and pictures, and was A-polled at how dirty the room was as far as the dust. . I was assured it would be clean the next morning . Once I returned from work, I came back to find out that the room was not cleaned on the third day. I made the hotel management aware of the situation. I was assured that it would be taken care of. They kept apologizing. I was told I left I hang tag do not disturb on my door and that’s was not the case . Pull the video ! Why would I do that I wanted my room cleaned ? The 3 days I stayed my room was not clean . GM assured me he would take care of this for my next stay . He also assured me he would Clean my room himself for my next stay . So I booked another stay I checked in today march 6. Room was not clean again :( Heavy dust on the pictures, bathroom vent is covered with dust, some kind of spill on the wall in the bathroom . I took pictures to prove and to validate this is not the Hilton Standard . I just came from the Hilton property in Tennessee where I stayed 62 days for my job, and I did not experience this at all ! My room was amazing it was clean ! All I am asking for is a clean room. That’s it nothing else . I was also told that maybe we can’t meet my standards ?? if you think that having dust on the pictures, the bathroom vent above the toilet, and a spell on the wall in the bathroom is too much to ask to be cleaned. Then I would love for the president of Hilton to call me and tell me that !
