Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The apartment is decent and clean. However, the lift broke down over 2 days and during this time, I have a family member who require mobility assistance. Called the reception line and help was sent to assist us in leaving the apartment; staffs assisted us with carrying the wheelchair down to basement carpark while I help my family member down the many flight of stairs. Was told the lift will be fixed next day but it wasn't so. The staff managed to get the lift "working" and taught us. However, I think other guests soon learnt about it too and also started using the lift. Worst moment for me is during check-out, where I got a flight to catch and the lift isn't working. Called the reception line and was told that she couldn't help us. Have to carry 3 luggages down myself before helping my family member down the endless flight of stairs. I can only say the stay would be good if everything function as it is. Otherwise, you are pretty much on your own, especially when reception line is not in operating hours.
