"Hola, Trip, com Soy un excelente cliente de Trip.com.. Reservé este hotel de estudio de la ciudad de Seattle en la página de inicio y lo utilicé durante 5 días. Reutilizaré este lugar de nuevo o promoveré prohibiciones de reservas en torno a las siguientes cuestiones. 1. Las luces de baño se rompieron y no pude girar la espalda, así que repararé el servicio más tarde. 2. La situación de la habitación es sucia y vieja, desde que cayó la cubierta del Rajita Pencoil. 3. No había taza en el baño ni agua potable básica en el refrigerador. 4. El titular de teléfono móvil de la motocicleta estacionada la noche anterior de la estancia fue robado (Llamé al contable pero sólo dije que no había CCTV. Escribí unas palabras en el papel y luego lo investigaba a través del gerente y no hubo acción. )"
