Eramax Hotel Kemer

The Eramax Hotel is wonderful, the owner is so kind, the staff Sezer, Alfie and Ismahan are so helpful, I could not have asked for better hosts. Coming from the UK to get my eye lenses replaced at Eragoz Eye Hospital all arrangements were organised by Ece, she answered every question I had quickly by WhatsApp and provided all the required information clearly in English, it was a pleasure planning every detail with her for my stay, she was a gem. This was one of the recommended hotels for my stay, such a great choice. The hotel was spotless, my double room was nice, clean, very comfortable and it had a balcony over looking the pool. Aircon saved me many times as the temperature outside was 40+. The accommodation came with breakfast only but that was ok as every kind of food restaurant and supermarket was less than a 5mins walk away. I decided to stay in a couple of nights and Sezer (staff member) kindly ordered my food to be delivered to the hotel to which I paid for by card on arrival. Due to my planned operation the hospital included all of my transfers from the airport and every journey in-between so I didn't have to worry about that. I cannot thank Ayşegül the Hotel Manager enough, so kind, welcoming, thankyou so much, the hotel is deserving of 5 stars without hesitation.

I had eye laser and stayed in this hotel. When I tell you I was so blessed to have the staff here they went above and beyond for me. Whatever I needed they catered to my needs. They were so helpful and thoughtful even helped me do my eye drops x4 a day

it was the worst experience in my whole life. we booked for 5 days and paid online and we already did the check in with no issues at all. on day 4 a blondie women cam to use claiming that they haven't received the total payment from the agency, and she asked for 70 EUR. once we tried to check with her she became very rude and turns out that she is the manager, she refused to wait till next morning to check again and when we agreed to pay the 70 EUR, she called the cops and asked for 225 USD and forced us to check out in the middle of the night. it was just a nightmare for us. thanks God we had a Turkish friend that we called just to talk with the police officer who helped us get a receipt for this extra payment since she refused to give us a receipt. after checking with the agency in the second day, it turned out that this hotel did the same issue with other clients and also make them pay twice. my agency covered this double payment thanks God but the situation i passed true was the worst one in my whole life. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Önceden rezervasyon yaptırıp ücretin tamamını ödeyerek gittiğimiz otele girişte kaydımız bir türlü bulunamadı. Uzun süre sonra kaydımız bulundu. Bu defa da onay yapılmadığı söylendi. Tur şirketinin fazla oda satmış olabileceği, başka otele gidebileceğimiz bir ay sonra paramızın iade edilebileceği söylendi. Nasıl yani diyecek olduk. Resepsiyondaki Ayşegül hanım onayı ben yapıyorum canımı sıkarsanız onaylamam anlamında bişeyler söyledi. Stres atmaya gittiğimiz tatilin en başında stres kaynağımız oldu kendisi. Neyse lütfetti de onay verdi kendisi. Asansör olmadığı için bodrum kattaki odalara bayan olarak valizlerimizi merdivenden indirmek zorunda kaldık. Odaya yerleştikten sonra yukarı çıktığımızda Ayşegül hanım bizi tekrar çağırarak belgelerle rezervasyonu iptal etme yetkisinin olduğunu gösterdi bize. Yani kapıya koyulma tehlikesi her daim vardı. Neyse 4 gün kaldık otelde. Ne bir temizlik yapıldı ne de odaya uğrayan oldu. Kahvaltıda paket gıdalar, zeytin, kibrit çöpü kalınlığında kaşar, jilet gibi kesilmiş domates ve salatalık, haşlanmış yumurta vardı. Ekmek dilimleri gördüğüm en minik dilimlerdi. Su sebili var ama pet bardak koymuyorlar. Bunun gibi ucuz hesapların yapıldığı bir otel. Çalışanlar iyi, ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Otelin konumu ve havuzu iyi ama işletmesi berbat. Bir daha gitmem, kimseye de tavsiye etmem.

Kemer'de gözünüz kapalı hiç düşünmeden konaklayabileceğiniz çok güzel, temiz bir otel. Çalışanları ilgili, güleryüzlü insanlar. Biz çok memnun kaldık, giden herkesin de çok memnun kalacağını düşünüyoruz. Ayşegül abla ve diğer tüm çalışanlara her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.
