This is my second stay at this hotel, it's worth for me return again next time, everything in perfect and I left my passport they help me secure and kept it until meet me up and return. I totally not aware my passport left behind, really appreciated the security and good services provided by counter staff. Thankfully to them.

Had a bad experience of getting a smoking room despite my specific request of non smoking room. Could not sleep comfortably becouse of the cigarette smells, and I was feverish with sore throatt the day after. I got a cleaner non smoking room at the second night though.

Standard wise I would say it’s closer to higher end 4* hotels. One of the better options if you’re around this area 👍🏻 hotel exterior looks good and view from room is nice too! Have to compliment the bathroom amenities. Love their room slippers (it’s diff from usual) and though I didn’t get to try out their bath bomb and salts, they actually provide it for free to customers. Their bathtub area looks like those meant for spa use. If you’re interested in that you can check it out

Nyaman bgt Bersih Aman Keren Masukan : 1. Parfum lorong ruangan hotelnya mungkin di ganti kyak bawu apek 2. Sarapan menunya diperbanyak buat anak kecil standart bintang 4 blum sesuai menurut saya. Saya suka kopi nya enak bgt. Lempernya enak. Ayamnya masih bawu amis . Mungkin kepala Koky nya mesti turun mengecek rasa dan kualiatas produk disajikan . 3. Untuk PKL baju hitam tolong manajemen siapin Parfum buat mereka karena maaf bgt Kurang nyaman bawu bajunya sekelas hotel bintang 4 . Terima kasih sudah menjaga kebersihan hotel dengan baik , untuk CS dibawah mungkin lebih cepat untuk input karcis parkir dan tdak menunda agar tdk kena biaya ketika tamu mau keluar ( minimal sudah infokan ke tamu jika karcis plat nomer sudah di input )

Staff are all great from security to bell to reception to room cleaners. Only big issues are pool is indoors and unheated -so water freezing cold-could not use , breakfast was Chaos with not enough staff tables not cleared so nowhere to sit and nobody apparently in charge and stale bread ( Croissants and coffee however were very good).
