This was our first ever visit to Kefalonia, and what a hotel to choose! The welcome we received from Anastasia was fantastic, meeting us at the entrance to the hotel and escorting us to reception where we had a lovely refreshing drink on the reception veranda. Anastasia and her husband could not do enough for us all week, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always had the time to stop what they were doing and have a chat with us. The room was spotless, very comfortable and a lovely touch with the flower petals on the bed on arrival, along with a nice bottle of wine. the sea view from our top floor room was amazing! All the staff at the hotel were lovely, Katerina and her team at breakfast always welcomed you with a smile and were very cheery. Fotis and Ilias at the pool bar / restaurant were very attentive and always had a great sense of humour. The food at the hotel, whether it be lunch or evening meal was second to none, and generous portions. An excellent setting to enjoy either meal. The pool area was absolutely spotless, no problems with getting sun loungers at any time of day at the pool or on the beach. what more can i say about this place?... it is Amazing! and we cannot wait to be able to return. Thank you for making our holiday so special and relaxing.

Fantastic Hotel in Skala. Always look at trip advisors for reviews and sometimes disappointed but not here. The hotel is lovely and excellently run by Anastaia and her team. As others have said nothing is too much trouble. We were half board and you can easily change dinner for lunch. Food is very good with lots of choice. No need to worry about sun beds there’s always availability no matter what time you go to the pool. There is also the lovely beach opposite where you can hire beds & umbrellas. We hired a car and visiting the rest of the island which is a must. You can walk into town it takes about 10 mins. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Another fantastic Holiday at the Best Hotel in Kefalonia, The staff are truly fantastic, Anastasia and her husband will always go the extra mile to ensure your Holiday is a memorable one, nice new touches around the Pool and Bar, My wife and I really love the view from high floor rooms, Beach towels clean every day and beautiful bath towels so fluffy, Thank you all for making our Holiday one to remember

First time in Kefalonia and this hotel, would definitely give it 10/10 on every aspect. We were warmly greeted by Anastacia and some of her team and taken to a veranda and treated to a drink, whilst the completing the arrival paperwork . We were lucky to spend 2 nights in the Presidential suite, before the remaining 5 nights in our double room. The House Martins were nesting while we were there, but it was nice to see that the hotel left them alone, even though one of the nests was outside our room, they caused no issues too us at all, lovely to see. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Fotis and Ilias at the bar/restaurant were great, with plenty of humour and attentive service. Food was excellent, even though the portion sizes on some of the lunchtime meals were large, so be warned. The breakfast was good and breakfast staff were very friendly. The evening meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent with very good prices, competitive to other restaurants in the area. Definitely worth having at least one evening meal there. Pool was great and never a problem with sunbeds, with pool towels available from 09:00. Will definitely return to this hotel in the near future. A credit to Anastacia and the team and thank you for making our holiday memorable.

Once again a wonderful holiday made so special by Anastasia and her team. This time we brought friends along as we were celebrating a birthday , and what a fantastic time we had. Ilias and Fotis were excellent bar hosts and the chef should be applauded for the quality of the meals. Everything and everywhere is so clean, the rooms are lovely - sea view was great! Skala is delightful with just the right combination of tavernas and bars for us. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks so much, we had the best time.

The Regina Dell Aqua is absolutely fantastic. Our time spent here was impeccable. All of the staff went out of their way to make your stay as fantastic as possible. We made use of the pool, bar and rwstueant facilities everyday and everyday we were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms had everything thY we would and could have needed on our trip. Highly recommend a stay for those that enjoy the finer things in life
