We visited the hotel on the recommendations of friends, which were very good. Unfortunately the stay was disappointingThe rooms are large and because it is a new hotel they are relatively clean. For a 4 night stay the rooms were not cleaned once. Every day it was necessary to call reception to send a maid. Connecting to reception is also a mission impossible. Answer is received after 5-6 rings. On the very first day, the liquid soap ran out, and there was only soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo. We spoke to reception and were promised they would send someone over. Nobody came. The next day, after another call to the front desk, a maid appeared to stock shampoo and soap and change towels. That was just the maintenance of the room. No mopping, cleaning or vacuuming. On the last day we went up to the room from the pool around 16.30 and the room was again not serviced despite the cleaning system being on. This time from reception they were quick, but again only changing sheets and towels. All this in a hotel rated as 5 stars. Additionally, the food at breakfast and dinner is extremely uniform. Semi-finished mini-sized croissants, rock-hard waffles and low-quality stale fruits and vegetables. For 4 days, the only difference in the assortment was the roast meat. The overall impressions for me and my family were poor room service, untrained and at times inadequate staff. The high prices do not match the service received. Recommendation to the hotel management to pay attention to the details - unmaintained and overgrown paths around the pool and pots with sharp and stinging plants. Lots of bees and wasps around the pool, which increases the risk of accidents. Unfortunately I won't be back and wouldn't recommend.
