The Tamarind Tree Garden Resort was a lovely place to spend a few days in Sri Lanka. It is close to the airport. The cabin was spacious, it was comfortable with air conditioning, a kettle and a fridge. The grounds were very pleasant with a lot of bird life. The pool was nice to cool down - a bit. And the restaurant had nice food The staff were very friendly and helpful.

English is below. 6泊7日、Tamarind Tree Garden Resort のアーユルヴェーダパッケージに滞在しました。 初めての本格的なアーユルヴェーダ体験でしたが、心から「来て良かった」と思える場所でした。 まず、このリゾートは自然の中にあり、とても静かで、ゆったりとした時間が流れています。 「静かに、気持ちよく毎日を過ごしたい」と思っている方には本当におすすめしたい場所です。 スタッフの皆さんは、毎日とても温かく迎えてくださり、その優しさや笑顔にも本当に癒されました。 カジュアルで話しやすい雰囲気があり、滞在中の会話もとても楽しかったです。 私が不安に思ったことや細かい質問にも、いつも親身になって対応してくださいました。 食事も本当に素晴らしかったです。 毎日違うメニューが用意され、味に飽きないよう工夫されていました。 量も希望に合わせて調整してくださり、食材や料理について質問しても、嫌な顔ひとつせず丁寧に教えてくださいました。 “身体のための食事”でありながら、食べる楽しさもしっかり感じられる内容でした。 トリートメントも毎日さまざまなものを受けましたが、どれも素晴らしかったです。 特に感謝しているのは、滞在中に足の湿疹が出た際、特別に対応してくださったハーブトリートメントです。 私はいつも湿疹が治るまで2週間ほどかかるのですが、今回は1週間ほどでかなり改善しました。 本当に驚きましたし、感謝しています。 ドクターにもとても感謝しています。 20年以上悩んでいる湿疹のことや、体外受精についてまで親身に話を聞いてくださり、帰国後にどんなことを意識して生活すれば良いかまで丁寧にアドバイスしてくださいました。 単なる“施術”ではなく、人として向き合ってくれていると感じました。 お部屋もとても清潔で広々としていて快適でした。 いつでもしっかり温かいお湯が出ることにも感動しました。 お花に囲まれた空間で、外に出れば鳥のさえずりが聞こえ、馬やハリネズミを見ることもできました。 何百年も生きているのではと思うような大きな木々もあり、その空気を吸っているだけで心が落ち着きました。 朝のヨガも本当に最高でした。 鳥の鳴き声を聞きながら自然の中で行うヨガは、日本ではなかなか味わえない特別な体験でした。 そして一番驚いたのは、帰国後の自分の変化です。 身体も心もとても軽く、「こんな感覚、何年ぶりだろう」と思うほどでした。 改めて、定期的に身体をデトックスする大切さを感じました。 静かに心と身体を整えたい方に心からおすすめしたい場所です。 また必ず戻ってきたいと思います。 --- I stayed at Tamarind Tree Garden Resort for 6 nights and 7 days with their Ayurveda package. It was my first authentic Ayurveda experience, and I can truly say from my heart that I am so glad I came here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a place where you can quietly and comfortably spend your days, I highly recommend this resort. All of the staff warmly welcomed me every single day, and their kindness and smiles were truly healing. The atmosphere was casual and easygoing, which made conversations during my stay very enjoyable. Whenever I had concerns or small questions, they always listened carefully and supported me with genuine care. The food was also wonderful. Every day, different meals were prepared, and there was always creativity to keep the flavors interesting and enjoyable. They kindly adjusted the portion sizes according to my requests, and whenever I asked questions about ingredients or dishes, they explained everything patiently and kindly. The meals felt nourishing for the body while still being delicious and enjoyable. I received many different treatments every day, and all of them were excellent. What I am especially grateful for was the special herbal treatment they gave me when I developed eczema on my leg during my stay. Normally, it takes about two weeks for my eczema to heal, but this time it improved significantly within about one week. I was honestly surprised and deeply thankful. I am also very grateful to the doctor. I was able to talk openly about the eczema I have struggled with for more than 20 years, as well as my IVF journey. The doctor kindly advised me not only during my stay, but also about how I should take care of myself after returning home. I truly felt that they cared about me as a person, not just as a guest receiving

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ayurveda center within the expansive grounds of Tamarind Tree Resort for six days. The doctors and therapists showed genuine care and dedication, taking the time each day to thoughtfully address my symptoms and concerns. I was deeply impressed by the level of attention I received. The doctors possess extensive knowledge of Ayurveda and were always willing to answer my questions with clarity and patience. There were also opportunities to learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda directly from the doctors which added great depth to the overall experience. Before the treatments, I had been struggling with chronic neck and shoulder stiffness, often accompanied by headaches and nausea. By the end of my stay, the tension had completely eased, which was truly remarkable. Every member of the staff was consistently kind, warm, and welcoming. It may sound like an exaggeration but it genuinely isn’t. Their friendliness felt natural and sincere, rather than something performed as part of their role. The food was exceptional. Once you experience the Sri Lankan cuisine here, other places may feel somewhat lacking in comparison. That was certainly the case for me. I now feel that I have found a place in Sri Lanka where I can return with complete peace of mind. I am truly grateful to have discovered such a special resort.

The food was a wonderful surprise — wholesome and nourishing, yet genuinely delicious, thanks to the talented chef. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional and made me feel completely at home. This is a journey I will treasure, and I will absolutely be returning. Tucked away in lush greenery, the Tamarind Tree in Sri Lanka is the kind of place that makes you slow down without even trying. The property itself is stunning: open, airy, and immersed in nature to the point that stepping out feels almost unnecessary. There’s a quiet calm that settles in the moment you arrive, and it stays with you throughout. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the people. The staff is exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. And then there’s the food, which deserves a special mention. Chef Pradeep Jayasinghe is not only incredibly kind but also an outstanding cook. Every meal felt thoughtful and beautifully executed. A special shoutout to trainee chef Kaushala, who is equally wonderful: gracious, knowledgeable, and always ready with spot-on recommendations. We spent five nights here, enjoying not just the daily meals but also a specially curated celebratory dinner that was nothing short of perfect. Tamarind Tree isn’t just a place to stay - it’s a place to feel held, to rest deeply, and to be quietly delighted at every turn.

We had a great time. Authentic Sri Lanka hospitality. Not like a high rise bland experience. Staff is helpful. The place is beautiful and the food delicious. P.S. Swimming pool is clean and maintained.

Just wow 👌 Thasmi you are a blessing to me. Team kitchen, house keeper Siani and the farm man Darumi. Reception and all stuff plus the guy at Reception helped us to carry our luggage 🧳. The Manager Benjamin is always o. Phone to make sure everything is fine.for sure icant complain the food is also 👌 Thasmi you are one in a million dollars. My saree 🥻 is wow. Probably iwill come back again. With my family. It' was not easy for us for extending our stay 💔 just because our Saturday 1.3.2026 flight back to Germany being canceled .so Tamarind Tree Resort 🌳 being our second home 🏡 the atmosphere makes us believe that home is where you can put a headand and sleep.
