These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. "I had a very wonderful experience at kc Residency this week. I was in katra for a business seminar where guests from North Indian states were invited. The front desk led by Vanita Mam & Team was extremely helpful & accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and were having great view of Holy Trikuta hills. The food was delicious and served hot on all the 5 days of our stay. Mr Thakur, the restaurant in charge, personally look after all our guests. In fact, warm food was served very late in night to our guests who arrived well past midnight or departed very early in the morning. Overall the staff was very helpfully. We had a very happy time at KC RESIDENCY."
