OYO 29204 Hotel Blue Sapphire

We recently travelled with family and reached late night at the hotel. Nobody was at the reception, called many times on the given number but no one picked. So finally, we met the caretaker, and he showed us the rooms. Whatever rooms they have shown in the pictures our rooms were entirely different. It was late night, and we were with family otherwise we could have booked some other hotel on the spot. Door mats were too dirty. Morning while taking bath water supply had cut in all our rooms. This is one of the pathetic experience one can have. I booked the hotel with breakfast which we didn't get on 1st day and 2nd day we got the breakfast but not on time, I would highly recommend not to book this hotel, if booking then don't opt breakfast. Amount that I paid here for breakfast, I could have easily gotten some good options outside. When I told them about the experience while making the final payment they didn't pay attention to any of our problems.

Such a nice hotel, very neat and clean rooms. Staff is also very supportive. Will visit again soon. I have been visiting katra from years, always booked different hotels. But this time really happy to book such a nice hotel in my budget. Thanks Hotel Blue Sapphire
