I stayed at hotel sanjeev palace from december 21st to 24th, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The laundry services were efficient, and the food served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. Being near banganga, the starting point for the vaishno devi pilgrimage, is a significant advantage for pilgrims. It made my journey more convenient and hassle-free. Overall, i would recommend hotel sanjeev palace for anyone visiting katra, especially for its cleanliness, good service, and proximity to banganga.

Service and rooms were very good. Nice behaviour of hotel staff. I will definitely recommend it for couples and family and will book it again for my next visit.

We were given the room but as if it was offered out of courtesy. Arrogant staff, so many people visiting the shrine so they literally do not bother about it anyways. Stay was ok.

Really enjoyed stay at Sanjeev Palace, staff were very cooperative and very guest focus attitude, after coming from Yatra were very tired and ordered food, food was very tasty and specially veg thali and dal khichdi, overall very pleasant stay with Sanjeev Palace hotel
