Average hotel, staffs are good but service and amenities are not good, tv was not working, bathroom was not properly clean, towel given when asked, shampoo was not given, as per cost facilities were not there in the hotel

Restaurants inside the hotel serve poor quality food, not a single item was eatable. My pkg included breakfast that was also a bad experience because they are not familiar with pkg. Restaurant manager was asking owner what to serve and this took 45 mins
