Wow!Where can I begin! The staff, the food , the facilities all amazing!Everyday we were welcomed by the loveliest people , particularly going into the restaurant, Pelcigica , and her manager Despina were both delightful , and even went to the effort of remembering us and our room number! Really felt like we were welcomed here! We had the great experience of using the indoor pool and the outdoor pools , both highly enjoyable and very clean! Both at the bar at the beach and pool had lovely staff! Making sure every need was catered to, with reasonable prices too! The cocktails WOW! The show of making them made them worth it ,,,, Try the frozen daiquiri!100% If the pools weren’t enough, a beautiful beach with variety use of sunbeds and even service buttons for the bar! Peckish? Yes food too! Not to mention the complimentary nuts! Although this area is secluded, downstairs there are 2 shops to cater for almost everything! Even cigarettes! Then next door a lovely gift shop! Every morning and night the food was gorgeous, so many things to choose From , particularly the fresh orange juice in the morning! The only thing I would say is that the beds aren’t best couple suited for all! As they are too single beds together which is easily move apart which isn’t best if you get cold at night! But the comfort of the bed made up for that! I would love to return soon! And will certainly be recommending to friends!

The resort is very large and well kept, with a splendid garden made out of olive trees and palm trees. The beach is very clean (hence the Blue Flag award), I don't think I've ever seen so many fish just a few metres away from the sand, however it is worth mentioning that the sand is mixed with small pebbles on the beach and there are rocks in the first few metres when entering the sea. We did not see any lifeguard present on the beach during our stay which was a bit curious, as there were also a lot of children around. I noticed however a lifeguard at the pool. We were on half board and both the breakfast and the dinner buffets were great, particularly the evening desserts were some of the very best we've seen at seaside resorts. The head chef Gerasimos was helpful whenever we needed information about allergens for our daughter. What we did not like was that the ingredients were not mentioned on a label for the buffet dishes, something that we find quite im Despina and her team always offered to help with finding a suitable table. If I were to be picky, I would say that fish and seafood were not present on the buffet too often and, when they were, the squid and mussels did not seem too fresh. However, the lamb was very well cooked each time, as well as the beef. The kids club was very good, our daughter enjoyed spending time there even though she does not speak English very well yet. Zaira and Cristina were very active each time she participated in the club activities. Keep up the good work! The lady who is managing the shops in the hotel knows the products she is selling very well and we were really impressed with the quality of the goods to be found there, most of them produced locally in Greece. Even though the resort is very good now, there is room to improve, particularly when it comes to renovating the rooms. Our room (152) was ok, clean and functional and the double bed was comfortable but the room was clearly not up to a 5 star standard. The furniture was in need of a repair (the back part of the wardrobe was falling apart) and of an upgrqde, the room itself was small (when having the sofa bed up there was little room to move around) and the bathroom did not have a rain shower and enough places to put the towels. After the upgrades which the new management made, i am sure that the next step is the renovation of the rooms. Once that is done, it will be one of the absolute best beach resorts in Halkidiki.

The staff are very friendly and approachable, the room service is very quick and dutiful. The food in main restaurant is diverse and slightly underwhelming but since there are multiple restaurants everyone would find something that would suit their tastebuds.

I had a 3 night stay, solo. It was all going so well until my last day when I decided to have my lunch on the beach (pic provided). I put it on the low table next to the bed, heard a noise and it was a mouse or rat trying to get at the food. It scarpered into the bushes behind me. Then a lady came and told me she kept seeing it coming out to my bag and going back in the bushes. Now, this was a surprise because the grounds are kept immaculate, as are the restaurants and the food delicious. You can’t help the rodents I guess, just don’t have food to bed 608 on the small stretch of beach near the bushes. Otherwise, I had a lovely time, good choice of restaurants and felt very safe and looked after.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Palace Hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, with lush green gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and direct access to a lovely private beach with clear blue waters – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The meals were fresh, tasty, and varied, with something for everyone to enjoy. Dining in the garden area was a real treat. While the rooms are quite basic, they are very clean and comfortable, which suited our needs well. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. We want to give a special thanks to Despina, Sofia and Giorgus for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, taking care of every request with a smile and genuine kindness. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Kassandra Palace for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday in Halkidiki.
