酒店的老闆居然是在長沙唸的大學 從機場接了我們也一路有話聊 老闆娘也是熱情又可愛 房間的佈置看得出來非常用心 而且幫我們從一樓的房間升級到了三樓 早餐也是送到房間的 衹是11月的喀什早上衹有幾度 早餐送上來已經快涼了 品種還算豐富 而且民宿有一點不能和酒店比的 確實浴室的洗澡水不夠大 希望能夠改進

Hhuyenchi31I stayed here for two days, the boss helped me a lot . There was free breakfast and fruit in the youth hotel, it’s simple but very healthy. It was a very pleasant journey.

TTuscany RoseThis hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay.
First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help.
The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc.
The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby.
Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard.
Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

SSay SimbaEstadía excelente. El mejor lugar para permanecer cuando visita Kashgar. Sin problemas. Situado convenientemente. No podía pedir más. Jason, Charlie, y Marina tenían todas las respuestas en el escritorio frontal. Su inglés es impeccable. El restaurante es fabuloso, con un desayuno terrible.

IIng YungWe stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

Since cars are not allowed in old town, this hotel is not too far inside old town, a taxi can drop you off and take only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Hotel is very clean, the owner even gave me a free tour of the area, like The 100 year old tea store, where a free show is performed with camels and dancers, the 柱子街,油画街,彩虹🌈巷.I would definitely come back as a (归来客)the next time I am in kashgar （喀什）.
She knows about the area very well,just ask her like the 1 reminbi bus ride (the number 20yellow bus only)to 香妃园

En primer lugar, nos dan el tipo de habitación equivocado en lugar de la habitación superior, dan una habitación de confort.
La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena.
La habitación no tiene la loción de cuerpo, como yo había experimentado en el otro Campanile.
¿Puede imaginar? Aunque nos sentíamos calientes en la habitación, pero AC sólo puede para más caliente y en ese momento la tormenta de polvo sólo ocurrió para que pueda sentir polvo en todas partes y también oir a las personas hablando afuera como ventana abierta. A lo largo del pasillo también sucia especialmente la zona de la sala de estar, restaurante y ascensor.

Aparte de esto, el albergue es pequeño pero limpio y con una cocina y un salón sencillo.
