Super good service, all the staff members are so welcoming, nice and helpful, and they bid the guests goodbye the traditional Japanese way when we leave, such a warm touch. Very good breakfast with a super nice view. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.»

«Vivo con mi familia.Para las familias con estudiantes primarios, este es un hotel perfecto.
En el restaurante, los niños quieren mucho, los niños enfermos pueden comer en su corazón. Los adultos no sólo quieren comer, sino también beber una cantidad ilimitada de vino que bebe, de modo que puedan beber de forma arbitraria sin necesidad de contabilidad adicional.
El cuarto de baño tiene un amplio cuarto público (por supuesto, es pequeño)
Me alegro de que todos puedan dormir en una cama y descansar en un cuerpo.
Además, cuando se han realizado los procedimientos de estancia, todos los gastos de adultos en la reserva se han fijado, pero, cuando lo sabían, cambiaron los ajustes y son más baratos que los planes!

«Lovely villa for family visitors wanting to see Karuizawa! The location is fantastic, very close to all the main spots of Karuizawa, the outlet, the little village, some very nice restaurants are nearby as well. The villa itself is lovely and spacious, the lighting is really good, and you can truly relax and enjoy the area. The facilities are clean and modern, you can cook, clean, do laundry and everything in this villa. The only downside would be having only one bathroom in the entire villa, the bathroom is great with a nice jacuzzi, but it might not be as convenient if there are more people staying in the villa.»

UUsuario invitadoFelt cheated. Was told booking includes breakfast when checked-in, but during check-out then they mentioned only 2 adults were free and I have to pay for 2 children (above 6). Also, recommended to upgrade room for bigger size. However in the bigger room, the shower and toilet area is split to the front and back of the room. Suspect that end up the usable space is not much bigger.

NNC8891El hotel está situado a una distancia muy lejana de la estación de Karuizawa JR y ofrece un servicio de autobús cada media hora al sur de la estación.
El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero el autobús es muy pequeño y puede estar lleno a veces, lo que hace que las personas se apresuren al autobús.
Por lo tanto, puede depositar su equipaje en el centro de la clientela junto a la parada de autobús y transferirlos al hotel para usted. No me pareció que el hotel no publicara el servicio suficiente, ya que es muy útil y eficaz para crear más espacio para pasajeros en el autobús.
El desayuno en el hotel no es un buffet, así que fue al hotel del Príncipe Karuizawa West para tomar el desayuno en su lugar.
Durante las horas de no altura, el hotel ofrece un transporte individual gratuito, por lo que es definitivamente un plus.
La primavera caliente de Momiji es una visita que debe hacerse.

UUsuario invitadoThe food quality of the Spanish set dinner and breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. All the staff including front desk and restaurant were very friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient and walkable from bus station or to the shops, the rental of bicycles was included in the room rate. Many places are accessible by bicycles and kind of convenient to cycling around. The free flow drinks and snacks was a very kind gesture and face masks were very thoughtful room amenities for the dry weather. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to next visit soon.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is conveniently located next to the outlet. And the shuttle bus service is quite frequent.
The downside is the shuttle bus is a bit small. Also, the hot bath location is too far away from our room in B side. It took us like 8 minutes to go to the hot bath. Especially for family with a child, it’s too far away. Also, the last in time was said to be 1030pm, which is too early for us.
The room itself is normal. I can’t say that it is worth the money I spent.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel.
We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't.
There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely.
Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

Ccloudy moonI Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped.
2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served.
3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas.
4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas).
5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries.
Cons:
1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

UUsuario invitadoI initially planned to book a two-night stay but was hesitant due to mixed reviews about the hotel. Instead, I opted to book for one night to see if it met my expectations, intending to decide later whether to extend my stay.
After dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, I made up my mind and chose to extend for an additional night.
The reception staff spoke good English, making the check-in process smooth. The set dinner and breakfast were delicious, with the restaurant staff being polite and attentive. I must commend the chef for the effort in creating varied menus for both dinner and breakfast each day of our stay.
The onsen was quiet and peaceful during my visit around 5 PM.
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable; however, the lighting was too dim for my preference.
The only downside of my stay was the weak Wi-Fi signal, not just in the room but throughout most areas of the hotel.
