It is just an average place for short stay. It feels more like a good property which lacks maintanence.. Rooms and Bathrooms are in dire need of brush up. Minus - The bed was damp, replacement was also damp (response was prompt though) - Food at room service was average - Room service team felt a bit dry in behaviour.. - Central heating was noisy - Others' Leftover cutlery and bottles were left in gallery overnight - Front desk staff was also quite dry Plus - Location is quite and nice - Breakfast was wholesome and nice - Breakfast Restaurant staff was quick and polite I would suggest this place from r quick stopover than extended stay.

Very bad room maintainence. Full of mosquitos. Bathroom drain was choked. No tea kettle were in the room. Ac was not working properly. Bathroom door ha no lock. Only food was good.

I couldn’t sleep as there was loud no-ice of music for the party going on in group floor whereas i was staying on 2nd floor. Ordered food at 10 pm and they delivered it at 11:30 when i was almost asleep.

It's good hotel in Karnal Haryana, room also good for sleep and service also good. Staff also good groom's and food quality is excellent 👌.

Doesn't seem like the 'business' hotel it claims to be: - Most plus and sockets broken or non functional. - Flush leaking in the washroom. - Clogged drains. - Open Plumbing Cabinets in the washroom Staff was good though and took good care.

This is one of the most worst and 3rd class hotel in karnal never ever visit i have been visited this hotel but its very very dirty , unsafe , unhygienic, you will have to compromised with safety your health and wealth are both are with safety compromised, i had experienced this please follow the details which i had experienced unfortunately.. 1.NO quality toilet accessories with low quality soaps caused very severe skin infections , bathrooms are totally broken , embedded with fungus, lost of cockroaches around you can never tolerate such 3rd class levels of hotel. 2. Bed quality are very bad may cause body ache with cervical pain as well springs are broken , with bed bugs ...with all torn bed sheets, rooms quality are not upto the mark all old style rooms this property never spend money and improve their quality...so please do not waste your choose another hotel....or do not stay here FOOD quality is one the worst and may cause stomach infections ..... 3. Top managers and all staff members would never listen your feedback and ignored, would say like this "ok ok we are always ok u may choose another hotel" this hotel is also unsafe.. the outer look of the hotel is just ok to attract customers and to make them fool this hotel claims as 4star but i would rate ZERO STAR HOTEL , they never follow protocols and compromised with safety and other all factors... THIS IS STRICTLY NON RECOMMENDED HOTEL IN KARNAL PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OR STAY HERE ...KEEP AWAY.......
