位置挺好，衞生一般，有些吵，周邊設施齊全，出個差還行，家庭旅行就算了。設備有些老久了。算是個一般化的青年旅舍吧。

The rooms get very hot at night. We booked breakfast beforehand but no one was at reception all morning to give us the breakfast. I tried calling them and contacting them via email, but even three weeks after, I haven't heard back from them about my complaint and my money hasn't been refunded.

Everything was fine, top service. with the exception of the check in process. Thanks to a Lady receptionist. Who came to my rescue since the final stage during the check in process was faulty. This was at 21.00. After a very long drinvind distance day

As a concept I like the idea of capsules. It's like a hostel but with your own private space. On the surface area24/7 was well presented and modern. However: - I have real issue with the entire place not having a single member of staff to speak to and ask questions. The entire process was automated including checking-in. If you do have an issue or a question then you have to WhatsApp a number. This may work for some people but took away the humanistic approach for me. - On the plus side there is a kitchen to use on the negative there were only knifes in the cutlery draw, no forks or spoons. -There was no hot water in the shower/ bathroom sinks and the pressure of the water was weak. - The TV in the capsule was 'turned off' and could not be used. Why, if I'm paying for the room I want to use it's facilities. I also want more than a very short and unapologetic WhatsApp message explaining this. - The price, you are paying for the novelty of capsules. It's a glorified hostel at the same price I paid for a hotel the night before. - Capsules are, I'm my view only suitable for solo travelers. Who don't mind been confined into small spaces.

Die Kapseln von Ihnen waren sehr laut und die Treppe stinkt, und da war die Mitarbeiter und freundlich und wenn man einfach rein und schläft man hört von jeder andere Kapseln. Das ist auch laut wenn die Leute rein und raus deswegen möchte ich nicht noch mal machen.

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin Anfang Juli ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und als wir um 18:00 dort ankamen hatte unser Zimmer angeblich einen Wasserschaden; wir durften das Zimmer nicht mal sehen um selbst zu entscheiden … vorher hat uns niemand informiert über Handy das unser Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig ist ~ dabei hätten wir ab 15:00 schon theoretisch einchecken können. Der Schwätzer von der Rezeption wollte uns dann jeweils in so eine „Wabe“ einquartieren, was für uns jedoch keine Option war. Dann kamen Belehrungen das er selbst 8 Monate darin gelebt hätte … Wir wollten jedoch ein Zimmer & der werte Herr hat etliches rumtelefoniert um uns umzuquartieren ~ das Ende war wir sind in ein anderes Hotel und mussten dies natürlich vor Ort direkt bezahlen, dabei hatten wir ja schon Ausgaben für das eigentliche Zimmer; der Schwätzer hat uns einen 0815 Schrieb ausgestellt das er uns die Kosten/Mehrdifferenz für das andere Hotel gleich die Tage überweist … DAS GELD IST BIS HEUTE NICHT ERSTATTET! Wir hatten das Gefühl das unser Zimmer keinen Wasserschaden hatte und lediglich anderweitig vergeben wurde!!!
