So i want to share for my honest review and my honest experience : first of all its very recommended for you . Just come and try the atmosphere and ambience. You gonna love it, perfect service and delicious food at there. You Will be liked it, trust me

Brilliant holiday. Kids were in heaven with cake and daily lolly’s. They loved the slides. Pool was a little cold but it don't bother them. We went with another couple and their kids. Kids entertainment was good on the evening but a little later for our little ones. Food was excellent so much choice. Drinks were local, plenty to chose from. We paid for a massage at the spa. It was brilliant, but the exploitation was too harsh for my skin. We went to the Turkish restaurant and the lamb shank was outstanding. I do feel for a 2 week stay you should be able to use both restaurants once instead of 1 only. All the staff was brilliant. I was concerned flying with a Turkish airline- sun express and 2.5 hrs transfer. The airline was good, just bring snacks and tablets for the kids. As you have to pay for food and there's no entertainment. Transfer wasn't too bad as had a private transfer. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

We have just come home from a week at Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel and Spa. We arrived early hours last Saturday, and we were welcomed by smiling faces and staff that were happy to help, regardless of the time. The whole week we were greeted by happy staff, who were always eager to engage in conversation, one even spoke to my partner about his tattoos. Everyone was willing to help and they made sure we had everything we needed. It wasn’t too busy, which meant every day we had a space next to the pool and the area around the pool was regularly cleaned and I witnessed staff cleaning the sun beds regularly too. The maids cleaned the room every morning, although you did have the option for them not to do this, but we were happy for them to do it. Even the maids were amazing, they greeted my son every morning with a high five and they would respond to his toddler babble by imitating what he said, which is amazing for vocal interaction for a toddler. Everyone was amazing with him, we cannot thank all staff enough for their support and interaction with him. Even when he was upset they tried to settle him down. The waiters at mealtimes were the best and would play with him, chat to him and make sure he was happy. By the end of the week, my son loved them all. Before going I had looked at some reviews and although there are limited negative reviews, the ones I did read put some doubt in my mind. However, the things I read we did not experience at all. The food variety was amazing for us, there was something different every evening, but also some consistency which was amazing as our son decided that now he was going to be fussy and lived on chips, but these were always available. The entertainment was a little poor during the day, but we entertained ourselves by exploring the local area, the private beach, playing our own games in the pool etc. however the evening entertainment was amazing. Our son loved mini disco every night and although he was too young to go to kids club, the two girls who done mini disco and kids club were amazing, they would chat to our son, high fived him and one even sat with us at dinner time. They made sure to say goodbye to him when we left and genuinely just seemed to love all the children they came into contact with. Both me and my partner want to mention the life guard that was at the pool every day. Unfortunately while we were there he had to jump in and save a little girl who was distressed at the bottom of the slide. He jumped in and got her out before anyone had realised what was going on, and genuinely looked so proud of himself when we all praised him. He also contacted someone when we noticed that one of the drains on the side of the pool had snapped and got this corrected immediately. Even the guys who provide photo sessions in there were amazing and we got some beautiful photos as a family. Our room was perfect for what we needed and the view from our balcony was stunning. All round we had the best time at Lumos Delu

Although it’s just over 2 hours from airport , it was worth every minute of the journey . When we walked into reception it was instantly beautiful . Very clean grounds and hotel . The rooms were nice enough , there were 4 in the room and I like my space but no complaints ! The pool areas are gorgeous , you can have a chilled out pool vibe or go to the one with slides and kids which plays music etc , pool snacks and drinks were good . The staff were lovely , would love to see a champagne sangria on the menu although we tried to make our own and it was nice . The restaurant had plenty of variety even our pickiest of eaters could find something to eat and you didn’t get fed up of the food as it changed regularly . Felt nice and safe in this hotel and any requests were sorted , they even helped with birthday celebration, spa facilities were lovely , there are shops within two minutes of hotel ,yet it’s a nice quiet area ! Beach was lovely we really enjoyed it , although it’s a stony beach there is no sand going everywhere so has its upside .We had a lovely staff member in the bar who couldn’t do enough we didn’t have to move to get any drinks , he was lovely ! Overall we had a great experience and would come back to this hotel anytime ! Next time would look at booking a suite and seeing what it’s like.

I loved this hotel. One of the best hotels i have been to. My kids loved it. Animation team, waiters, security, food, etc, everything is top. I can see the management is doing really good job. Spa, gym, football field, tennis and basketball grounds are bigger and better than it looks on the advert. Almost all of the rooms have got either seaview or that massive mountain close to the hotel. I was worried about the road between the hotel and beach, but there is a tunnel that takes us to the beach and we don't even see the road. And beach is closer than it looks on the advert. I don't know why some people gave bad views but a hotel can't give me better experience than this. Thank you for your warm welcome the lumos.
